Entries

Entries: Entries must be postmarked on or before closing date on first page of prize list. Entries after closing date will be considered post entry and will incur late fees. Payment: Make checks payable to HDC Training, LLC and submit with entry to Show Secretary: Marilyn Kulifey, email: [email protected]. Complete entries must include copy of coggins taken within 12 months of the show date and 21DAY HEALTH CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL HORSES ENTERING THE GROUNDS - NO EXCEPTIONS! Entries missing any of these items will be considered incomplete. Entries are accepted on a first come, first serve basis, based on postmark date and entries may be limited. Those entries postmarked after closing date will be accepted at the discretion of the show secretary, based on a space available basis and charged a late fee per show. If the classes are over subscribed, a waiting list (in the order of receipt) will be maintained. Management reserves the right to refuse entry. A convenience fee of 5% will be charged on all credit card transactions. All handlers MUST have signed releases. USEA Membership:All 4 yr old FEH riders must be USEA members. All horses must be USEA registered. Membership not required for handler or owner. Non-competing Horses: Non-competing horses are welcome on a space available basis. They must have an entry form with signed releases, a current coggins, health certificate and pay non-compete/schooling fee and office per show, and stall fee. Non-Competing horses must wear a number when out of stall. Horse/Rider Substitution:A new entry form must be completed for any horse or rider substitutions; no additional class fees will be collected, but a new office fee will be charged for the new entry. Official Ride Times:Stabling assignments and provisional times will be available to competitors online and emailed. Official times will be available at noon the day before the show. ALL RIDERS MUST WEAR HELMETSFrom the time horses are officially admitted to the competition grounds by competition management, anyone mounted on a horse at any time on the competition grounds including non-competing riders, riders on non-competing horses, mounted participants in exhibition classes and those competing in all classes and tests, including Para-Equestrian tests, must wear protective headgear. Any rider violating this rule at any time must immediately be prohibited from further riding until such headgear is properly in place. Protective headgear is defined as a riding helmet which meets or exceeds ASTM/SEI standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. The harness must be secured and properly fitted.

Ribbons 1st through 4th Overall placings Yearling, FEH-2, FEH-3YO, Ribbons 1st through 6th placings for 4-year-old division Champion silver tray for each age group. Born in America trophy.

Stabling/Veterinarian

All stalls are permanent 10 x 10 with doors. Stall charts will be posted online, and check-in will start at 2:00pm on Thursday prior to show. Arenas/Footing/Warm-up: Allhorses are shown in enclosed arena with state of the art, European footing with permanent irrigation system. Children/Pets: Well-mannered dogs on leashes at all times are welcome, Loose dogs will be impounded and will incur a $100.00 fee which is donated to the local humane society. Children must be adult supervised at all times. Unruly dogs or children will be asked to leave the show area for the protection of exhibitors. Hazardous Weather/Act of God/Accident Policy:Management reserves the right to cancel any classes due to hazardous weather, Acts of God, accident, or emergency. Every effort will be made to reschedule with priority given to any qualifying classes being offered. No refunds for cancellations due to hazardous weather, Acts of God, accidents, or emergencies.
