Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign. From Interstate I-70: Take I-70 East from Frederick or West from Baltimore to Rte 32 North. Proceed approximately 8 miles North on Rte 32 where you will cross over Liberty Reservoir and go up a long hill. Turn right onto Bollinger Mill Road. Training and Novice will be end of season courses. Previous experience at the level will be helpful. All courses feature rolling terrain and water. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
