Entries
ALL mailed entries, Event Eventries & Xentries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries must be postmarked prior to or on closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee. Any entry sent incomplete may not accepted or assessed the incomplete entry fee. Changes after C.D. $25. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full Refund prior to close date; FEI after C.D. to Oct 20-Less $25 office fee; HT after C.D. to Oct. 13-Less $25 office fee. Competition cancellation-No refund.
All changes/scratches must be made by email to[email protected]. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses (state law). All PRELIM and above must send a copy of your USEF card for rider, trainer & owner.
FEI passports required for all foreign owned CCI horses and U.S. CCI4*-L horses. CCI3*-L/2*-L U.S. ownedhorses must have either a National Passport or FEI Passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All CCI riders and horses must have an FEI registration number.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
$250 for duration. All stalls are either Permanent, Woodhouse, or Chinook. No more wood stalls. Tack rooms available for $250. Barn opens noon October 30th until November 7th atnoon. Early arrivals by appointment- $25/night. Stall doors & initial bedding provided. Haul-ins Challenge and HT only, $100. Bedding available for purchase from sec'y. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF and FEI rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
