Cross-country Oakhill side of the facility -FEI Classes, I. Horse Center side: Starting with BN or N , CCI1L and potentially M. Show Jumping Starting with P. Sun: Third Horse inspection 8:00 am. Entries

All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. All entries will receive confirmation via e-mail. Double entries: NOT Accepted. FEI: Athletes whose Horse’s Passport and/or Recognition Card is not correctly validated, or failing to meet other requirements for vaccination and Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication control (Veterinary Regulations Article 1030) will be subject to Sanctions in accordance with Annex II of the Veterinary Regulations. Horses competing at FEI Events must comply with the requirements for Equine Influenza vaccination in accordance with the Veterinary Regulations and as summarized below. Foreign Horses must have an Official FEI Passport.FEI passport is not required for U.S Horses, but a USEF National Passport is required for all U.S. FEI Horses. VET. REGS. APPENDIX VI: All FEIRiders & Horses must be recorded with the FEI, USEF, USEA. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D-No refund incl. stabling.Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. CCI3L / CCI3S / AI / I:Cross-Country - Approx 4400 / 3450 meters @ 550mpm. Expect two water complexes, corners, banks, drops, gates, coops, brushes, and rolling terrain. CCI2L / CCI2S:Cross-Country - Approx 4000 / 3000 meters @520 mpm.Good introduction to the level.Expect two water complexes, corners, banks, drops, gates, coops, brushes, and rolling terrain. CCI1L Cross Country; Will be held on the Horse Center XC side - Approx 2500 meters @500mpmexpect water, banks, ditches, corners and skinnies. Prelim and below Horse Trials Cross Country will be held on the horse center side and will be approximately as below P-2600 m @ 520 mpm; expect water, banks, ditches, corners and skinnies. M-2450 m @ 490 mpm. All T-2300 m @ 470 mpm, expect water, banks, ditches, angled combinations.All N-2000m @ 400 m, expect water, banks , ditch/log, combination.All BN- 1800m @ 350mpm, expect water, intro ditch, step up. Stabling/Veterinarian

$55.00 per day/night. Barns open up noon Tuesday; layover additional fees require call ahead to arrange. 745 perm. stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided, no initial bedding provided. Feed/Hay/Bedding available for purchase. All entries must have a stabling form.All stabling requests must be in writing by C.D., additional requests after C.D. subject to $40 processing fee.College Team will be issue a free tack stall for a team of four. ABSOLUTELY NO CHANGES IN STABLING after Oct 26. Bedding: Straw & shavings only, Can be ordered direct from Virginia Horse Centre stable office at 540 464-2966. Levels may be divided or combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Absolutely NO ATVs allowed at VHC. No motorized vehicle on the cross country course. Dogs must be leashed. Unleashed dogs will be fined $50 . Will be enforced by security. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF and FEI rulebooks will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
