Grounds Fee: Non-competing horses $50 (if not stabled) - must register withSecretary, provide Coggins, and wear a bridle number at all times while on grounds.
Stabling: $160 (Fri 8am- 5pm Sun). Addit'l nights: $35 each.
Muck Fee Deposit: $50; Separate check.
Tack Stalls: $100.
Ship-in: $50 for non-stabled horses.
Bedding: $9 per bag of shavings, please PRE-ORDER when you enter.
RV Hook-up: $55/night (electric & water), 20 spaces available. 20 adapters available at additional $100 deposit fee, payable to secretary.
Late Entry: $25 additional fee.

Entries
Entry fee includes a $25. non-refundable office fee. Double Entries not accepted. USEA membership required at all levels except Starter and Intro. BN competitors must be USEA members, and the horse registered with a Limited status (T,N,BN) or Full status.Divisions may befurther divided or combined if entries warrant. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. Starter and Intro competitors are exempt from USEA Membership/non-membership fees and Starter/D&M fee. Returned checks incur $35 processing charge. All changes after closing incur a $25 fee. All changes and scratches must be made in writing, or email to secretary. Check TRHC website at www.tryonridingandhuntclub.org for entry status and times. Refunds: Before CD-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD- Entry/Stabling- Less $25 ONLY if place filled from waiting list. Competition Cancellation - No refund.
Neg Coggins within 12 months required for all horses. Legible and clear copy must have a "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry. "Smartphone" photos must be completely visible with all information. Coggins copy required to keep in the Show Office; we will not make copies for you at the event.
Late Entries: If space allows post/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. Any entry postmarked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will also be considered a late entry and charged the $50 late fee. This includes Coggins, signatures, and required documents. Funds must be received/postmarked whether entering electronically or by mail, by 11:59 pm on the closing date or will be considered late. Late fee policy will be strictly followed!!
Stabling Form: Requests need to be noted by placing same name (trainer, barn or person to be stabled with) on stabling form. Late entry stabling requests may not be able to be accommodated. A separate check for Stall Deposit -- PER HORSE -- must be included.
Reminder:
All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Prizes and 8 ribbons per division for Horse Trial divisions. Perpetual trophy for overall low score at Training.
IEL and College Team Challenge ribbons to each team member for 1st to 3rd placed teams.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Limited stabling 300 permanent 10 x 10 stalls with doors, on grounds. $160.00 /Stall from noon on Fri. to 5pm on Sunday; $100/Tack stall.
Grounds fee: for noncompeting horses only - $50. Non-competing horses must be stabled or pay grounds fee and must show Coggins. All horses on grounds must be entered as competing or registered as non-competing.Muck Fee Deposit: $50, separate check.No portable stalls allowed. NO INITIAL BEDDING PROVIDED - PLEASE ORDER IN ADVANCE! Please order bedding on stabling form in advance ($9/bag) or by email to the secretary. Limited extra bedding available from Show Office.

Food Concession Stand on grounds. Sharps containers located in stabling. Protective headgear required at all times when mounted.
Dogs must be leashed with person attached.

All entries must be complete before the event starts. Packets available starting at 3:00 on Friday.
Sharps containers will be located on the competition grounds in the stables. Improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments may be fined.
EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
