Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Derby. Copy of current USEF membership cards for Rider, Owner, and Trainer listed on entry required for Preliminary and must be included in the entry. Non-members will be assessed a show pass fee of $45. Entry is not complete until all paperwork with required signatures, 2021 FCF Rider Release, fees and Coggins is received with entry or by email. All funds deposited upon receipt. Reminder:

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Competitor Information

All P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. All T-2600 m @ 470 mpm. All N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. All BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm . Set on a horse farm so galloping through several paddock openings. Educational for all levels, great variety of questions with optimal galloping at the Trng & Prelim levels. Water, ditches and banks at all levels. Most galloping fences max for the level but the combinations are not. Cross-country course closed August 15th.

Awards

10 ribbons per division, Prize awarded to division winner. Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) Awards:Ribbons and prize awarded to the best scoring TIP eligible horse at each level.Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with the Jockey Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards. Riders and owners should obtain a TIP number and make sure the rider is associated with the T.I.P. Number. TIP number applications are done online athttp://www.tjctip.comTIP numbers must be provided to secretary on entry or emailed to [email protected] Intercollegiate team ribbons: 1-6. MUST indicate desire to ride in Team on entry form. Complete list of team members must be submitted to secretary by email prior to closing date. Scramble teams available. Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: ENTER EARLY! ON GROUNDS STALLS LIMITED. ON GROUND: (first come, first serve): $210 Thursday through Sunday -60 10x10 temporary stalls in tent in field and 48 permanent stalls with doors. No tack stalls due to limited stalls available. Off ground stabling only available if on grounds is filled and will be $45/night and very limited.NOTE: If you have a group wishing to stabletogether, you MUST use a group or stable name on stabling form. This is the ONLY way to ensure you are stabled together. Any stabling forms with no group or stable name requests will be assigned stabling at secretary's discretion. We apologize for increased price in stabling- the cost for temporary stalls and the tent have risen dramatically and out of our control! Stall Cleaning Penalty Fee: $40.00 - charged Monday after competition for any stall in permanent barn stabling NOT cleaned.Stall does not need to be stripped - only properly cleaned of manure and excess hay. Invoice will be sent to the rider's email and must be paid before rider allowed back on grounds for schooling, horse shows, etc. Tent stabling does NOT need to be cleaned/stripped on departure. Attention: Riders - This event uses paper pinny inserts and vinyl number holders (provided by riders). Jumping Derby offered on Friday morning! Sign up day of!! Stadium courses will be different for the Horse Trials. Beginning 8:30AM, runs lower levels to upper levels, so you can ride multiple levels. S/BN/N/T/P Derby fee $35/ride. Open to riders and horses not in the competition as well. We will post the schedule for each level on the website ahead of time. Coggins and farm release required for participation. Riders limited 3 horses/level. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state eligible preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. Free gift to each competitor! Competitors Party Is Back!!! Join us Saturday after the completion of Show Jumping for the reinstatement of our Competitor's Party!!!Good food, good people, good times! EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
