All courses: Championship level courses on rolling turf. Expect water, banks, ditches and combinations at all levels. Absolutely no golf carts or motorized vehicles of any kind on the Cross-Country Course. Course footing is consistently maintained and will be aerovated, aggravated and/or irrigated as needed. Cross-Country course is closed Aug 15.

Awards

AEC DIVISION AWARDS: 1st - 15th place ribbons, Prizes for each division. Prize Money for each level: A-$60,000; I-$7,500; P-$4,500; M-$1,000; T-$4,500; N-$6,000; BN-$7,500. Prize Money for Adult Team Championship: $1,000/level P,T,N,BN. Prize money recipients must submit an updated 1099 form to the USEA office within 30 days upon the conclusion of the competition. If not received at the USEA within 30 days, the winnings may be forfeited.

SHARPS CONTAINER: Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Competition management will place notice of this requirement either in its prize list or on a specific handout given to trainers on check in at the competition. See GR1210.4 for complete details and please make sure the requirements for Sharps Containers are met at this competition. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
