Address: 1460 Highway 154, Santa Ynez, CA 93460.From North: Hwy 101 to 154 approx. 7 miles, left on Baseline at stop sign,an immediate right after church. Follow Baseline to sign on right (approx. 1 mile). Dirt road will take you to stabling. From South: Hwy 101 to 154 west from Santa Barbara across San Marcos Pass, approx. 25 miles after starting on 154. Turn right on Baselineat stop sign before Shepherd of the Valley Church. Take immediate right to continue on Baseline & follow approx. 1 mi. to sign on right. Dirt road will take you to stabling.

Fri: YEH/FEH 12pm;Pre-show dressage 12:00-5pm (see other information below); Pre-show XC After YEH is complete.
Sat: Dressage - 8am; P, PT, T: XC - 4 pm.
Sun:SJ - 7 am; XC - 8 am TN, N, NBN, BN, Intro will all be running SJ and XC with a short 20 min break in between.
Show management reserves the right to change schedule if entries warrant.

Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee.
USEA membership and horse registration required at all levels,except Intro. Intro riders do not pay the USEA Starter/D&M fee.
Preliminary/IPriders, owners, trainers must be current USEF members or pay $45 USEF Show Pass Fee per person. Include proof of current USEF membership with entry for Prelim riders, owners, and trainers with entry.
Complete Entries:If payment is not received with entry it is considered incomplete and will not be accepted until payment received. Entries may be accepted by email with digital signatures however no entry is considered complete without all signatures and PAYMENT.
Entry changes: $40 fee for all changes after closing date.Post Entry/Late Fee:$50 for all entries received after closing date.
Double entries:Not accepted.
Refunds:Before Aug 2 - FULL REFUND. Between Aug 3 and Closing Date - entry/stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date - no refunds. Competition cancellation - no refund.
Returned checks: $35 fee on returned checks.
Coggins: Negative Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses.For equine movements into the state, California requires a valid Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI), issued within 30 days beforeentry, and evidence of a negative Equine Infectious Anemia (EIA) test performed at a USDA-approved laboratory within twelve (12)months before the date of entry. An EIA test "pending" result does not meet the entry requirement.
Preliminary:All preliminary entriesmust send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner or pay $45 USEF Show Pass Fee per rider/owner/trainer.
Pre-Show Dressage Schooling Test: Sign up online at Sign Up Genius (link will be posted Saturday, August 20) - dressage schooling on Friday 12:00 to 5. $40 per test ride. Space is limited.
Pre-Show XC Schooling Round: Sign up online at Sign Up Genius (link will be posted Saturday, August 20) - XC schooling round on Friday after YEH is complete. Intro/BN Only. $60/round. Space is limited.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Entries Limited to 180 temporary stalls onsite, priority givenin order of reciept of entries (complete entries only). Rider levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list available from secretary.

Dogs allowed on leash only, strictly enforced!!! Owners of dogs not on leash must donate $100 to SYVPC Horse Trials and are subject to yellow card under GR1301.6.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
