Limited stabling onsite, approximately 12x12. Additional stabling 0-10 miles of event. $75/stall/night.Stall doors will be provided.Stabling will be assigned based on date of entry. No stall cleaning deposit is required; however, the competitor will be billed $50 for a stall left dirty. No non-competing horses on grounds. Cross-country course closed to any competitors July 31st. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food on grounds. No dogs, please - any dog brought to competition must be secured in parking field at all times. Bicycles, scooters etc., are advised as the farm is very spread out, but not allowed on the x-ctry course once the competition has started.Cell phone coverage is unreliable in Vermont, and nonexistent at Huntington. Bring own pinny holder. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. SHARPS CONTAINER: Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. Competition management will place notice of this requirement either in its prize list or on a specific handout given to trainers on check in at the competition. See GR1210.4 for complete details and please make sure the requirements for Sharps Containers are met at this competition. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
