Directions

From Westminster, MD and points North: Follow Rte 140 East from Westminster or West from Reisterstown to Rte 91 (Gamber Road) in Finksburg. Take Rte 91 South toward Gamber. Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign. From Interstate I-70: Take I-70 East from Frederick or West from Baltimore to Rte 32 North. Proceed approximately 8 miles North on Rte 32 where you will cross over Liberty Reservoir and go up a long hill. Turn right onto Bollinger Mill Road. Go ONLY 50 yards and turn left onto Louisville Road. Follow Louisville Road approximately 0.8 miles. Full Moon Farm is on the left. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign. From Baltimore: From I-695 (Baltimore Beltway) take I-795 North to Rte 140 West (Exit (9B). Turn left onto Rte 91 (Gamber Road). Turn left at the first light onto Deer Park Road and proceed 1 mile to Louisville Road. Turn right onto Louisville Road and proceed approximately 1 mile. Full Moon Farm is on the right. Turn into the driveway by the Full Moon Farm sign.

Entries

COVID-19 Related information: Management reserves the right to expel persons not following the local COVID-19 restrictions that are in place at the time of the event. All entries will be made and paid electronically. As much paperwork as possible will be submitted electronically. Photos, scans, and e-signatures will be accepted as originals for legal purposes. Course maps will be available online only. Please print your own copies. Times will be on the website. Results will be posted online only. Entry includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Paper number pinneys will be in effect for cross-country. Riders must bring pinney holders and bridle tags/pins for dressage. Riders are responsible for including a printed, legible, and current email address on entry. All correspondence from secretary will be via email. Refunds: Before CD: Entry less $25 non-refundable office fee. After the CD: NO REFUNDS. Competition cancellation: No refund. CHANGES: Must be in writing either email ([email protected]) or U.S. Mail. No changes, withdrawals, or stabling requests will be accepted by telephone. Before closing date: No charge Between Closing Date and July 22: $50. Between July 23 and the event conclusion: $70. POST ENTRIES: If space allows and post entries are accepted, they will be charged the fee listed above; all other refund/scratch/change fees still apply. ANY entry received after the CD will be considered LATE with the fee listed above applying. Cross-Country

Actual speed at the competition may be adjusted as appropriate for conditions. Excellent XC footing thanks to our new Aggravator! MT/T- 2400m @ 450mpm. TN/N- 2200m @ 350mpm. BN- 1600m @ 300mpm. Intro-1200mpm Starter-800mpm, TadPole (Poles)-400mpm. Tadpole (Poles) and Starter on enclosed course. All courses feature rolling terrain and water. See our website for additional information as the date approaches. Cross-country course closed July 1.

Other Information

Cross-country course closed July 1. Dogs must be leashed. Unleashed dogs will incur a $50 fine for the XC jump fund. No food on grounds. Photography GRC. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. The above rule also applies to all unrecognized divisions. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
