From I-85 heading North: Take Exit 61 Hwy 74, Fairburn; end of ramp go left heading North on 74. When the 4-lane lane turns into a 2-lane, stay straight (do not continue on 74; go straight for 2.3 miles until the road dead ends into Rivertown. Go left on Rivertown for 3.5 miles to S. Fulton Pkwy. Cross over S. Fulton Pkwy staying on Rivertown for 2 miles then right at 4-way stop on Cochran Mill Rd. Go for 3 miles, then left at 4-way stop on Cedar Grove Rd. Entry: Per Division: I/P/M: $225.00.T/N/BN: $200.00. YEH: $125, plus the USEA $20 starter fee.
Stabling: $225.00 (if entering both summer series 1 and 2 same horse rider combination stabling for both including the week in between Events $350).
Grounds Fee: $50.00 horses not stabled on grounds/day haulers.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Entry less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Refunds must be processed and may take up to 2-3 weeks or more to be issued. Competition cancellation-partial credit. USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries

Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses.
There will be a $50 fee for any late entries.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

I-3200 m @ 550 mpm. P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. M-2800 m@ 490 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm, BN- 1700 @ 350 mpm. All courses: Given the terrain, all levels will be flowing and progressively minded. Terrain: Well established turf on rolling sandy loam soils, the footing is level and continuing to improve.
Cross-country course is closed 2 weeks out.
Awards
6 ribbons per division.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$225.00 from Friday 12 Noon to Sunday. 240 permanent stalls on grounds; if entries suffice competitors could be in temporary FEI Barn Stabling. Stall sizes are 12x12 or 10x12. Temp stalls are 13x10. Stall doors provided; initial bedding provided. $50 stall stripping deposit on separate check must accompany entry and will be destroyed after stall check prior to departure. If entering both summer series 1 and 2 same horse rider combination stabling for both including the week in between Events $350. YEH Stabling: $150.00, if competing in the YEH classes and Horse Trials. If a YEH is at both summer series 1 and 2 - for the two weekends and through the week between - stabling is discounted to $300. Non-compete horses=$50 grounds fee. Pre-order bedding through www.EventEntries.com Bedding also available for purchase on-site from Secretary. Feed, hay available off-site, information from Secretary.. District Houses - 10x10 conditioned cabin. Bunk bed and loft, sleeps 4. Fridge. Bathrooms and showers nearby. Bring own linens. $75/night, 2 night minimum
Full RV service on grounds (electric & water), $50 per night or $400 if staying from June 26 - July 5. Both 30 amp and 50 amp available. Must submit reservation form found on the Chatt Hills website. DO NOT PAY WITH ENTRY.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
