ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after C.D. are subject to a $40 post entryfee. An entry is considered complete if it received by hard copy, or Xentry, with full payment before closing date. If your entry fulfills these requirements, you will not be charged a late fee. Changes to Entry: After C.D. $25; prior to C.D. no charge. Double Entries: Accepted, non-refundable $20 fee. Returned check fee$50.Entry Fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Incomplete entries (complete= all fees paid and required information provided) by CD will be charged $35 processing fee.PRELIMINARYand ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer, and owner. Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling is limited. 200 permanent stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. $160/stall Tuesday 8 am through Sun 10 am.;1 bag of shavings Initial bedding isprovided. Please order your shavings, with your entry. Shavings are $10.00 per bag. Additional days: $35/day. Tack stalls: $155 only if available due to limited stabling.$100.00 trailer-in fee for non-stabled horses. $100.00 fee for non-competing horses, plus stabling.If your horse competed last weekend that horse is not considered a non-compete horse and you will pay the regular stabling fee. Non-competing horses will be issued bridle tags that must be worn at all times beginning at 3pm Thurs. Feed/hay/bedding available for purchase; further info from sec. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
