USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches/Changes must be in writing to secretary via e-mail only.

ALL Foreign competitors including Canada and Mexico must have a valid USEA membership and horse registration to compete.
Double entries: Not accepted.
Complete entries will include:
Entry form with emergency contact info, USEA# for horse and rider (except for INTRO level). Intro level does not pay the USEA Starter/D&M Fee.
USEF# for rider, owner and trainer for Intermediate and Preliminary level.
Copy of current negative Coggins required for all horses within 12 months
Copy of vaccination record or letter from vet (with signature) showing flu/rhino vaccine received within 6 months of competition required for all horses.
Federation Entry Agreement.
USEA/USEF Waiver Release of Liability.
$50 per item for any paperwork taken at the show.
Sign up for TIP awards at secretary's stand.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All distances are approximate. All courses are open rolling terrain and great for galloping. All courses except Starter will contain banks, ditches, and water appropriate to levels. Water complex for all levels except Starter and two natural stream crossings. Cross-country course never open for schooling except for scheduled schooling days.

Cross-country course never open for schooling except for scheduled schooling days: Schooling day scheduled for June 28 with rain date of June 29 from 8 am to 3 pm. $50 per horse/rider pair (credit cards accepted on grounds). USEF RULE CONCERNING DOGS ON COMPETITION GROUNDS - GR 1301, Paragraph 6.6 - Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be held on a leash or otherwise restrained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs' behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule will be issued a Yellow warning card and may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
