Event Fees: Write checks to: Warfield Equestrian Park. Entry: P/T/N/BN/Starter: $260; Pre-Comp CT: $160. Late Fee: $50 fee assessed for all entries received and/or paid after Close Date. USEF and USEA Fees:P entries require $8 USEF Admin. fee. P/T/N/BN require $25 USEA S/D&M fee (which will be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test). Intro & Pre-Comp CT the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Pre-comp CT entrants that are not USEA member must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee with entry. Stabling:$200 plus $50 stall strip deposit on separate check; Permanent Stabling priority given to sponsors and key volunteers. All stalls available Wed.-Sun. Shavings: $12/bag. Only entries paid in full are accepted. Entries not paid beforeClose Date will be assesseda $50 late fee. USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee and must be paid as provided on entry form. USEA membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Starter/Pre-Comp. Changes will be accommodated after Close Date for $25. Refunds:Refunds less $25 before Close Date; after Close Date refund less $50 if the entry/stabling can be filled from the waiting list.Competition cancellation - Refund divided among entrants after expenses paid.USEA Starter/D&M Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M ($25) will be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Withdrawal/cancellation/refund request must be in writing or by email to [email protected]. All out of state horses must have negative Coggins 12 months and health certificate within 30 days in possession of the rider. Per USEF rule, proof of flu vaccination within 6 months must be submitted online at:2022 Horse Trials Equine Influenza and Equine Herpes Vaccinationto secretary. Inability to furnish proof of vaccination, health certificate or coggins may result in request to leave the property. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Pre-Comp:Competition is CT (combined test of dressage and show jumping). SJ height not to exceed 2'.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stall doors are provided on all stabling options: 14 covered permanent wooden (10x11) stalls in Barn A. 20 (12x12) covered permanent metal stalls in Barn B, 100 temporary tent stabling (10x10). No hot wires or panels. Barn open Wednesday at noon; early arrivals by permission only.Send $50 separate check for stall strip deposit if requesting Barn A or Barn B. One bag of shavings provided, $12/bag for additional shavings. Veterinarian:Lund Equine 406-373-6642.

Fun and Food! We'll try to have a food truck on site again - watch website and FaceBook for details. Saturday night competitor's party, one ticket included in entry, additional tickets for purchase at show office, $20.We love dogs, but our Park rules require them to be on leashes.Loose dogs will result in $100 donation to Warfield Park. Stay after the HT and school cross country for $65 membership to Warfield Park at show office. XC course closedat dark on June 26. Levels may be divided as entries warrant. Competition management is responsible for placing Sharps containers in convenient locations on Competition grounds and replacing them when full. Competition Management may fine any individual up to $100 for improper disposal of needles or other sharp disposable instruments. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
