Entry: P, T, N, BN: $250; Starter: $210. All Entries include Barrrington Hills Park District fee.Starter is exempt from USEA membership/horse registration and the USEA Starter/D&M Fees do not apply.
Late Entry Fee: $50 Changes after closing date $50 fee.
Stabling: $290; Tack Stall $290; Grounds Fee: $100 (non-stabled horses). Stabling is from noon Thursday to noon Sunday. Initial shavings not provided; shavings/$10 per bag. Permanent stalls should be cleaned and temporary stalls are to be stripped. A Fox River Valley Pony
Club member will be happy to clean or strip your stall for a $20 donation.
RESERVED PREMIUMTRAILER PARKING:$150 recommended donation adjacent to stabling. Limited spots are available, reservations are first come first serve prior to the event. Contact [email protected] to reserve.No campers or tents onsite.

USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy (not applicable for Starter): The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start thedressage test.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. P-2800+/- m @ 520 mpm; T-2600+/- m @ 450 mpm N-2050+/- m @ 400 mpm BN-1675 m+/- @ 350 mpm. Starter-1400 m+/-@300 mpm, inviting obstacles, max. 2'3". Natural grass footing well maintained and aerovated. Terrain is wooded trails, prairie, gently rolling countryside. Average difficulty for horses with some experience at these levels. Cross-country course closed May 31st.
Awards
Ribbons awarded to 8th place. Thoroughbred Incentive Program (TIP) Awards. Must register to be eligible. Many perpetual trophies, with keepsake silver plates will be awarded. Area IVLow Score Young Rider award will be presented.
Stabling/Veterinarian
Stabling on site, temp & perm. stalls with doors-$290 Thurs. Noon -Sun. Request for group stabling use one name (i.e: barn or trainer). Check-in starts at 12:00 pm Thursday- please no early arrivals without prior permission from Organizer. Please check website for stabling assignments. Initial bedding NOT provided; bedding for sale onsite, $10. Permanent stalls are to be cleaned, removing all hay, manure and wet bedding.

Cross country maintenance program is ongoing. We are continually developing new tracks, aerovating and seeding, and adding new jumps at each level. Please refrain from schooling when the ground is soft and wet! We areprivilegedto be able to use the Spring Creek Forest Preserve of Cook County. Please respect their regulations: ABSOLUTELY NOUNAUTHORIZED VEHICLES ON CROSS COUNTRY COURSE. NO BIKES ON COURSE. NO GOLF CARTS ON COURSE UNLESS OPERATED BY FRVPC HT PERSONNEL andALL GOLF CART DRIVERS MUST HOLD VALID LICENSE.NO CAMPING on Forest Preserve Property, NO CAMPERS,TENTS OR FIRES ALLOWED. ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AND PLEASE CLEAN UP MESSES.
Levels may be eliminated/divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and include birth date on entry.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
