All courses: Inviting, for horses with some experience ateach level or as a first event at a move up level. Gentle, mostly flat terrain. One significant hill on re-opened trail will be used again in 2022. Some new fences added at all levels, including Starter. There is a natural water crossing on course at each level except Starter. Excellent footing, old established course with limited or no wear from schooling. Cross-country course closed June 1st.

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division with Kent HT memorabiliafor first place in each division. SWAG will be awarded to top three places in each division courtesy of Absorbine Special Awards:The Gillian Perry Good Sportsmanship Award (GPGSA). A pewter trophy will be awarded to the participant,in some capacity,that exemplifies good sportsmanship during the competition at the discretion of the GPGSA Committee. Thoroughbred IncentiveProgram(TIP) Awards: Ribbons and prize awarded to the best scoring TIP eligible horse at each level (M, T, N, BN, Starter). Only Thoroughbreds that have been registered with the Jockey Club or a foreign Thoroughbred stud book recognized by The Jockey Club are eligible to participate in T.I.P. classes and awards. Riders and owners should obtain a TIP number for all horse/rider combinations. TIP number applications are done online at http://www.tjctip.com TIP numbers must be provided to the secretary.

Limited Stabling at the event is available for an additional fee. All stabling is available in permanent stalls with wooden doors on a hinge. Stalls are approximately 12' x 12' box stalls. Show Jumping will be on the grass in the Grand Prix Ring, weather permitting, or in the Sand Ring, if not. Divisions further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. XC pinny holder required with # insert provided. No hay or feed is available for sale on grounds. Face Masks optional for all riders, coaches, grooms or other persons. Sharps Containers will be provided by Competition management and located in convenient areas on the grounds. Any individual that does not properly dispose of needles or other sharp disposable instruments may be fined up to $100 by Competition management. Sharps containers will be removed and replaced if they become full. Helmets must be worn at all times when mounted. Dogs must be leashed at all times. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag.
