XC Pinny/Holder/Insert required--for sale on site for $25 each. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Preliminary entries; please include a copy of USEF membership card. USEA membership and horse registration required at all levels, except Starter. Starter is exempt from USEA membership and horse registration fees, and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Double entries: Not accepted. All changes incur a $25 fee. All changes and scratches must be made in writing, or email to secretary. Check www.fullgallopfarm.com for entry status.Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Entry-Less $25 ONLY if place can be filled from wait list. Copy of horsesCoggins must have a legible "date drawn" and "accession number" and must be provided with entry, "smartphone" photos,must be completely visible with all information. Any entry that does not have all paperwork including coggins and signatures postmarked or stamped within 5 days after the close date will be considered late and assessed a $50 late fee. If you must turn the Coggins in when you check in at the event please bring acopy to give to the event to keep;we will not make copies of your Coggins at the event. To avoid long check-in lines please mail, drop off, email, all required information prior to coming to the event. If space allowspost/late entries will be accepted and they will be charged an additional $50 late fee.ANY entry postmarked after Closing Date or an entry that does not have payment by close date, will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any entry made prior to Closing Date must have paperwork COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at this level: Jumps are substantial, not a move-up course. Terrain: Excellent footing of sand based turf, rolling pastures, hills, some woods. Cross-country course closed June 15th. Course distances and mpm are approximate and subject to change.

Awards

Prize & 6 ribbons per division. Special ribbons for the highest placing lowest scoring off-the-track TB in each Level sponsored by the Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program. Special prize for the lowest overall scoring TB of the event. Please note that ribbons/prizes will not be mailed out.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited (120 12x12 perm stalls). $100/stall-9am Saturday to 9pm Sunday; additional night stays available $25 per night. $50 stall deposit, returned or ripped up if stall is well cleaned, Check with office to have stall approved before leaving 120 perm. stalls on grounds. Several paddocks are also available for the same stall fee, first come first serve by postmark. Please write on top of stabling form if requesting a paddock in addition to a stall or in place of a stall. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings it will be posted and continually updated on the website. Off-site stabling if needed will be assigned at several with perm stalls 1-5 miles from event. Please check website for stabling assignments and groupings Stall doors & bulk shavings provided. IF you prefer bag shavings to bulk and want them delivered to your stall please indicate that or e-mail us. Bag shavings are $8 per bag. Feed/Hay available for purchase, further info from sec. Cross-country course closed June 15th, 2022 Part of Grounds fees and late fees are donated to the Volunteer fire Dept. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. No motorized vehicles allowed on Cross Country Course. NOTICE -Due to changes in our insurance -Full Gallop has had to institute a NO DOG policy. This will now be in effect for Full Gallop at all times, during events, schooling etc. Food on the grounds. Bounced Checks will be accessed a $50 fee plus bank charges Schooling Dressage Tests in front of the judges on Saturday, June 19th. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
