After C.D.-Entries/stabling-Only if place can be filled from waitlist. Competition cancellation-Refund after expenses. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for in-state. $15 fee for each change after C.D. Post entries: All entries that MAY be accepted after CD $30 fee, payable, cash, money order only. No entry electronic or by mail are complete until payment is received. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. BN good for horses with some experience,N & T good move up course with some challenges. Show Jumping and warm-up and competition on Grass. Cross-country course closed June 9 MIDNIGHT.

Awards

Award & 8 ribbons per division HT. Prize for winner of each division and prize for best scoring Pony Club member (include Pony Club/Region membership info with entry). Indicate on entry if TIP eligible for TIP awards.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling on grounds at Eric's VERY Limited (only accessible by small, 2 horse trailer), Limited off grounds stabling at Brookside Farm, 8360 N. Rushton Road, South Lyon, MI 48178 ( 15 miles). If you wish to have shavings at your stall please preorder with your stabling request. $9/bag. Please indicate which stabling location you would prefer $100/stall. All stabling and scheduling requests must be made at time of entry. All requests to stable with group must use group name. Veterinarian:Hillary Lobar, DVM,number will be posted on grounds, stabling & program. Farrier:Sarah Ashby, number will be posted on grounds, stabling & program.

Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food and Portable Tack shop on grounds. Special award to highest placing Pony Club Rider (Horse Trial). BN mustbeUSEA members #; go to USEA Website, Online Services to apply. Dogs MUST be leashed. Paper pinnies will be used - please print your own and bring them.Dressage bridle numbers will be supplied.. Withdrawals in writing received by closing date. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
