Entries

Entry fee includes stabling & a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries not accepted. If oversubscribed, priority given to USEA members. USEA membership and horse registration are required at all levels, except Starter.Starter competitors are exempt from USEA Starter/D&M Fees and USEA membership/non-membership fees. $40 fee for any changes of horse/rider or level on entry when such requests can be accommodated. Neg. Coggins required for all horses dated within 12 months of competition with entry. $50 returned check fee. Refunds: Cancellation before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee. Written/email cancellation must be received by 7 pm on C.D. Cancellation after C.D.: No refund ofEntry/Stabling-No substitutions/credits for other shows regardless of services not rendered. By entering this competition, Payor accepts refund policy. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Banks, combinations, water and ditches. BN: Inviting course which might include a water pass through. Starter -Easy course that can be trotted. Max. fence height 2' - 2'3". Cross-country course closed June 6th, no schooling after June 5th! Call for appointment and status 262-308-1175 as it could be closed due to conditions!

Stabling/Veterinarian

Noon Friday to 6 pm Sunday. $40 for additional nights. Perm 10x10 stalls in stabling complex. Tack stalls=$105. Temp stalls will be used ONLY if necessary. Stall doors provided. Stalls must be left in clean condition. One bag shavings provided. Additional shavings available @ $10/bag: Check or cash only unless preordered on entry- orders must be made by 2 pm for same day delivery. For Groups: use ONE EXACT name for everyone in group. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Food available on grounds. Dogs must be leashed. All parking must be in parking field. Failure to comply will result in fines! Competitors and essential people must follow Covid safety requirements. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
