Entry per division: P: $260; T/N/BN/Intro/Starter: $240.
Stabling: Temporary stalls (canvas, 10x10): $145 per stall, tack stall $135 per stall. Permanent stalls (12x14 or larger): $175 per stall, tack stall $165 per stall. Indicate request on stabling form; limited number of permanent stalls available so requests will be accommodated first-come-first-served.
Trailer-in Fee: $65, applicable only to non-stabled horses for duration competition (June 11)
Non-Competition Horse Fee:$100 fee for day of competition, does not include stabling.
Refunds: Before C.D. - Full refund; after C.D. to June 3: less $50 office fee. After June 3 no refund (refund may be issued if entry and stabling, if included, can be filled from waitlist). Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

This event uses paper pinney numbers; rider must provide their own vinyl bib. These pinney holders are available from several online vendors or Tack Warehouse on Main Street in downtown Woodland (15 minutes away).
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
$145/stall. We are offering both permanent (if available) and temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition. This fee is in addition to the stall fee, and includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after the competition. Extra bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Shavings - $15/bag.

Course Description
Full course details to come. The WSS cross country course is mostly flat with some gentle undulations that offer variation in terrain.
TENTATIVE DISTANCES
P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 420 mpm. N-1800 m @ 350 mpm. BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm/max. height 2'6"-2'7". Intro: 1300 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2'3". Starter: 1100 m @ 250 mpm, max. height 18".

Other Information
Footing/footing maintenance: Stadium Jumping and Dressage arenas have sand footing that is dragged daily, and watered as needed in the summer. The recently expanded SJ competition arena has had new sand footing added. Cross country course tracks are groomed regularly. WSS recently purchased three new tractors to aid in rock picking and all riding surface maintenance creating better quality and more consistent footing for horses and riders.

Competitors entering horses for sale can pay an extra $15.00 to have their horse's name highlighted in the program, indicating it is for sale. For $40.00 have your horse's name highlighted and place an ad in the program.
Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and include birth date on entry.
Food on grounds.
Schooling Rounds: Dressage and SJ schooling rounds will be available starting at approximately 1:00 pm on Friday. Email event secretary ([email protected]) to sign up in advance. $25 per test/course.
Team Competition: Teams of three or four, best three scores to count; all team members at same level; $20 per team.
Trailer-in Fee for non-stabled horses $65.00 for day of competition.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
