Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out of state horses.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.
Starterriders are exempt from USEA membership and horse registration, and USEA Starter/D&M Fees do not apply.

A-3550 m @570 mpm. I-3100 m @ 550 mpm. P-2700 m @ 520 mpm. OT-2100 m @ 470 mpm. All other T -2100 m @ 420 mpm. ON-1800 m @ 400 mpm. All other N - 1800 m @350 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 350 mpm. Starter-1400 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 24", 12-15 efforts. I and P courses: Above average difficulty. T, N, and BN Average, for horses/riders with some experience at these levels. Cross-country courses closed May 10 at 5:00 PM.
Awards
A=$1,500,I=$900. P Challenge=$15,000 see website for details. CANTER California Award - $1,000 to highest placed OTTB (Off Track TB) in the Preliminary Challenge. Trophy and 7 ribbons per HT division, and prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, for all levels. Additional special awards for Preliminary Challenge.
Stabling/Veterinarian
$225/stall for all stabling from Noon Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 400 temporary stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. Trailer In Fee - $100 for non stabled horses. Non competing horses $100 facility use fee. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, Shavings @ $12/bag (please order in advance) further info from the secretary. No outside feed and shavings deliveries. Veterinarian: TBD. # will be posted at show office.
New Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is extremely tight, you will not be able plan on tacking up horses at your trailer or putting awnings out. Tack stalls or tack truck is HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Thank you all for your assistance in helping us keep the parking organized.
All barns are 12' deep x 10' wide with rubber mats, LED lighting, and all hardware needed for hanging buckets, feed and hay bags. Any damage done to canvas or new permanent stalls will be billed directly to rider of horse. New Stalls in North Barns. Please do not alter to change stall configuration.

No open fires on the property.
All parking must be done with attendance assistance; late night arrivals be prepared to relocate in morning. No tying horses in RV parking area.

Preliminary Challenge class and prize money is split into Riderand Horse Sections, and qualifications for each will be the rules for entering PH or PR. Riders qualifying for both sections will assume to be entered into PR unless otherwise stated on entry.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
