Permanent stalls (12x14 or larger): $175 per stall, tack stall $165 per stall.Indicate request on stabling form; limited number of permanent stalls available so requests will be accommodated first-come-first-served. Trailer-in Fee: $65, applicable only to non-stabled horses for duration competition (May 15).
Non-compete Horse Fee: $100, applicable only to non-competition horses, includes XC schooling. Trailer-in or stabling fees apply as appropriate. Refunds: Before close date: full refund. After close date to May 6: less $50 office fee. After May 6: no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded, less $50 office fee. Competition cancellation: No refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 daysof the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Wedo not accept double entries. No USEA membership or starter fees required for Intro or Starter riders. Refunds:Before close date: full refund. After close date to May 6: less $50 office fee. After May 6: no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded, less $50 office fee. Competition cancellation: No refund. Neg. Coggins requiredwithin 6 monthsfor out-of-state horses. BN competitorsmust beUSEA members. PRELIMINARY must send copy of USEF cards for rider, owner, and trainer. This event uses paper pinney numbers; rider must provide their own vinyl bib. These pinney holders are available from several online vendors or Tack Warehouse on Main Street in downtown Woodland (15 minutes away). Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

We are offering both permanent (12x14 or larger) and temporary (10x10) stalls on grounds. Permanent stalls are limited and will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Stabled riders MUST indicate request on stabling form and include appropriate stabling fee to secure stabling.Temporary stalls: $145/stall. Permanent stalls: $175/stall. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided.Extra bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Additional bags of shavings $10/bag. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition. Cross-Country

Course Description The WSS cross country course is mostly flat with some gentle undulations that offer variation in terrain. TENTATIVE DISTANCES P-2800 m @ 520 mpm.T-2400 m @ 450 mpm.N-1800 m @ 400 mpm.BN-1600 m @ 350 mpm.Intro:1300 m @ 300 mpm, max. height 2'3".Starter:1000 m @ 250 mpm, max height 18". Cross-country course closed May 9 at sundown.

Footing/footing maintenance:Stadium Jumping and Dressage arenas have sand footing that is dragged daily, and watered throughout the day during competition. Cross-country course closes May 6 at sundown. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and include birth date on entry. Food available on grounds courtesy of World Fare Food Truck! Schooling Rounds: Dressage and SJ schooling rounds will be available starting at approximately 1:00 pm on Friday. Email event secretary ([email protected]) to sign up in advance. $25 per test/course. $100 per day grounds fee for horses not entered in competition. This fee is in addition to the stall fee, and includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after the competition. Cross-country schooling available after the competition through Sunday evening at reduced $40.00 fee. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
