From South: I-185 north, Exit #12, Williams Rd., east (right). Straight thru stop sign, cross RR to traffic light, then north (left) on Veterans Pkwy. 12.0 mi. to left at Kingsboro Rd. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Entries are accepted when received. Priority is based on “postmark date"(date on envelope or online submission date).Payment is due when entry submitted. If payment is not submitted with entry, payment must be received within 7 days or the “postmark date"may be changed to reflect the date the payment is postmarked. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter, Intro and Pre-Compare exempt from USEA membership/horse registration, and the USEA Starter/D&M Fees do not apply. Junior and Senior divisions are Rider divisions in accordance with the definition of Rider in Appendix 3 of the USEF Rules for Eventing. XC pinny holder required. $50 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits can be paid online or with check. Returned checks - $40 fee. All courses:Rolling terrain, and courses are average for horses with some experience at these levels. Cross-country courses closed April 26. The course is well-maintained with new fences being added regularly.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: $225/stall - Friday - Sunday and includes initial bag of shavings. 224 permanent 10' x 12' stalls w/full sliding door. A stall cleaning deposit of $50 on separate check, please write rider and horse name on the memo section of stall deposit check. Stall deposits can also be paid online with entry and credit card. Tack stalls:$225 - available only after all horses have been assigned a stall. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Grounds fee:for non-stabled and non-competing horses $50 for entire event. Shavings: PLEASE PRE-ORDER!! Pre-ordered shavings are $8/bag. All other times shavings are $10/bag. $50 stall cleaning deposit required & must be included with entry ON A SEPERATE check or paid with online entry. Stalls need to be stripped prior to leaving. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
