Priority is based on “postmark date"(date on envelope or online submission date).Payment is due when entry submitted. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. Starter, Intro and Pre-Compare exempt from USEA membership/horse registration, and the USEA Starter/D&M Fees do not apply. Junior and Senior divisions are Rider divisions in accordance with the definition of Rider in Appendix 3 of the USEF Rules for Eventing. XC pinny holder required. $50 stall stripping deposit drawn on separate check is required with entry. Stall deposits can be paid online or with check. Returned checks - $40 fee. COVID-19 STATEMENT: Poplar Place Farm, the US Equestrian Federation and the United States Eventing Association are dedicated to ensuring the safety and welfare of horses and all participants. As we begin to navigate the “new normal” at USEF competitions and events, we have centralized the requirements and recommendations from public health experts that will be in effect at USEF competitions. As that guidance continues to change, the content of this action plan will be modified to reflect those changes. These requirements and recommendations for operating USEF-licensed competitions are in effect immediately and until further notice, however, they are subject to modification as the guidance from the government and public health officials’ changes. We are all in this together and the situation requires that each and every one of us take personal responsibility for the health, safety, and welfare of ourselves, our family members, and our colleagues and peers in the competition environment. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
