Fees

Entries: $400.00 all levels; includes stabling (F-Sunday) and non-refundable office fee $25. Camping: $150.00/wkend LIMITED MUST specify electrical needs, reserve w/entry. Golf cart: $150.00/wkend, reserve to secretary w/entry - limited. Golf cart drivers must be 18 years old. Tack Stall: Unavailable at present, may update. Bedding: No initial bedding provided. Bags may be purchased in advance for $8/bag, $10 at show. Post CD: $50.00 late entry. NSF: $50.00 collected before entry/CC only. Refunds: Before closing date, refunds less $25 office fee. After closing date, if spot can be filled, refunds less $50 office fee, otherwise, no refund for withdrawal after closing date. Withdrawals after closing date require vet/physician statement to organizer. No telephone withdrawals accepted, e-mails only. Competition cancellation - no refund. USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Negative Coggins (NEG EIA testvalid1 year, May 2021).
Copy of USEF card if riding Modified. The date on which ALL items listed above are received will be recorded as "Received Date." Payment, signature page and Coggins must be postmarked within 4 days of entry. Incomplete entries will not be entered. Entry status posted at www.catalpacorner.org and Event Entries. Ride times will be available on May 3rd. No Stallion entries.

All levels $400; includes stabling (F-Sunday), and $25 non-refundable office fee.

Any entry postmarked or completed after closing date is a late entry and $50 late fee applies. NO changesallowedafter May 2 other than dropping to a lower level with organizer approval. Change of horse or rider requires completion of a new entry. Withdrawals/scratches accepted by email only before 9 p.m. on the closing date.Post entries acceptedif space available with a $50 late fee.

Riders: USEA membership required, USEF membership cards required or $45 USEF Show Pass Fee.
Horse: USEA full registration, USEF horse registration not required.
Owners and Trainers: USEA membership not required. USEF required or $45 Show Pass Fee.
Include USEF cards for rider and owner or include fees.
Rider and Owners at Modified must send all USEF membership cards, or a USEF Show Pass fee will be charged.
If rider is a minor, 18 years or younger, the parent may sign as trainer only and not pay the $45 USEF Show Pass fee.

USEA: Current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T, N, BN or Full) are required at all levels except Starter. Starter is exempt from USEA membership/horse registration, and the USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Coggins:Negative Coggins dated within 12 months. Health Certificate:Mandatory for out-of-state horse within 30 days. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

Trophy, prizes and 8 ribbons per division. Iowa Pony Club Low Point Award - register with secretary - must be present for award.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Permanent stalls on grounds; stall doors provided. Stall stripping required, we do not have hired help! The organizer cleans the stalls age 64, please consider picking/stripping stalls. If you need HELP, please ask secretary and will find someone to aid you. When requesting stabling groupsplease enter using the same name in block for reservation, i.e, stable name or one person's last name. Other Information

Scrumptious dinner provided for riders and volunteers on Friday May 6th, family members $15. Please email secretary 1 week before if attending. Concessions on grounds Saturday, catered by Jerry and Margie's Catering. Cross-country schooling available on Sunday, must sign separateCCCHT. Riders must have ground person 18 yo or older accompanying them oncourseduring schooling. No unauthorized motorized vehicles on X-C. Dogs must be leashed. Nodogs on cross-country course duringSaturday competition. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
