Grounds fee:ALL NON-STABLED HORSES $15; all non-competing horses $50.
Stabling: $150.00/stall (Fri/Sat/Sun); Additional days: $40 per day; Tack/stall:$150; Shavings: $10.00/bag (stabling includes 2 bags with stall).
Tack Stall: $150.00 for the weekend (Fri. & Sat. night).
Early arrivals and stay overs must make arrangements directly with Morven Park.
Post Entry/Late fee:$50. Post entries accepted at discretion of organizer as space allows.
Camping:Camping:$40.00/night -no hookups; no dumping of grey water.
Refunds:Before CD -entry & stabling less $25 non-refundable office fee; After CD - no refund, unless there is a wait-list and complete entry can be filled from the wait-list--then refund less $25 office fee. No refunds (entry or stabling) after Monday, April 25. Competition cancellation - no refund.USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Negative coggins required for all horses within 12 months and must accompany entry.Vaccination record or letter from veterinarian (with signature) showing flu/rhino vaccine received within 6 months required for all horses.

Unpaid entries will not be assigned ride times.
Horses without copy of current coggins will not be allowed on grounds.
Emergency information box on entry must be filled out or entry is not complete.
If using Xentry, you must submitall entry pages, coggins, copies of membership cards and fees (if not paid on-line) within 5 days of entering. If not postmarked within 5 days, entry will be assigned postmark on the day entry is complete.

Early arrivals and stay overs must make arrangements directly with Morven Park. 150 perm 10x10 stalls on grounds. Stall doors provided. No straw, please! Stabling refunds: In full before C.D. After C.D. only if place filled from wait list. No refund after 9 pm, April 19th.Feed/Hay available for purchase from Southern States, Purcellville. ABSOLUTELY NO SWITCHING OF STALLS OR STALL CARDS; $100 FEE FOR DOING SO WITHOUT EXPRESS CONSENT OF SHOW SECRETARY.

Dogs must be leashed and attached to human being. USEF rule GR301.6 and Loudoun County law.Absolutely NO motorized vehicles in or parked within 15 feet of barns at any time.Security will remove them and will not release them until posted fine is paid.NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES OF ANY KIND ON ANY COURSE.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag.
