From Highway 99: Herndon Exit (10 miles North of downtown Fresno). East acrossUnion Pacific RR (at traffic light) & immediately - 50 feet - turn North on Weber Avenue. Continue thru residential Herndon (25 mph speed limit!) to barns - 1/2 mile.
Alternate if heavy traffic on Herndon Ave: after crossing railroad tracks, stay in left lane until first traffic signal (N. Riverside Drive). Turn left on N. Riverside Drive, turn left at stop sign (W. Spruce Ave.). Continue on W. Spruce Ave., it will turn into N. Devlan Ave and dead end at N. Weber. Turn right on N. Weber and proceed 1/2 mile to barns.

signatures or full payment not with entry. Refunds:

Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for out of state horses.
USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Intro. Intro and Grasshopper participants are exempt from USEA membership; USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery fees do not apply.
MODIFIED and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider,
owner, and trainer.
Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Stabling/Veterinarian
AMPLE PARKING! $160/stall. Tack stalls available $160, reserve with Show Secretary. Stabling Thursday to Sunday. Additional nights $35/night. 266 temp. stalls on grounds. Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided. $100 grounds fee for horses not entered in competition: This fee is in addition to the stall fee, includes Cross-Country Schooling on Sunday. Accommodations

Other Information
Ample parking and space for "tailgate meals". Dogs must be on held leash during competition hours, in barns and at warm up. Donation of $100 required to Friends of West Coast Eventing (Anne Howard, [email protected]) for loose dogs.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

Team Competition: Teams of three or four; best three scores to count - all team members at the same level; $5/ per member.
Cross country schooling on Sunday after competition allowed, fee included with entry fee/haul in fee. Competition flags and flowers will be on course. Horses not on site during competition must pay $60 schooling fee.
Competitor's Party Saturday 6pm - one ticket included with entry. Additional tickets can be purchased for $25/ticket.
Ram Tap HP uses paper pinney numbers, rider must provide their own vinyl pinney/bib, vinyl bibs are available for purchase at the Mark Todd store on site.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
