If you are using a GPS, you are strongly encouraged to follow the directions here instead of getting off at Route 108, which will put you in the downtown Durham loop.From West: Take Rt. 4 east from Concord NH. & take UNH exit (Rt. 155-A); right off ramp. Tentative Schedule

ALLphases for each level will be held on one day. Fri: Packets available/Cross-country course open-3 PM. Sat: T and BN: Tentative time table: Dressage‑8:00 AM, Show Jumping 12:30 PM, Cross Country 1:00 PM. Sun: M and N: Tentative time table: Dressage‑8:00 AM, Show Jumping 12:30 PM, Cross Country 1:00 PM. Every effort will be made to keep the time between dressage and the jumping phases as short as possible, but please note that we cannot start any jumping until all of dressage is concluded due to logistical restrictions, and this sometimes requires one or two divisions to have a longer break between these two phases. Competitors will jump their show jumping first and may wear cross-country attire. There will be about 20-25 minutes in between riders' show jumping rounds and cross-country start times.

All withdrawals must be in writing. Withdrawals or changes will not be accepted by phone, must mail, fax, or email. Competition cancellation-Only USEF/USEA fees refunded.

Entries

Entry fees per division include a $25 non-refundable office fee. USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels. Entry fee includes a voucher for discounted cross country schooling at our facility, good through October 1, 2022. Voucher is linked to the entered rider only and is not transferable. Negative Coggins WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF COMPETITION DATE is required for all horses. Coggins MUST be received BEFORE competition - May be emailed, but must be legible. Entries with invalid Coggins upon closing date will be assessed an incomplete fee. Coggins bled prior to 4/29/2021 are invalid. UNH will accept online entries submitted through Xentry (may pay here by credit card). Preference will be given to complete entries received on opening date. Incomplete entries will be accepted as space allows, butall issues (including invalid Coggins) must be resolved by closing date.Entries not complete at close risk being replaced by a complete entry that is on wait list. Any entry that is not complete at close for any reason (including missing emergency contact info) will be assessed a $20 incomplete fee. Any changes to entry made after close, if able to be accommodated, will incur a $25 fee. Post-closing date entries may be accepted at organizer discretion but will incur an additional cash fee of $50. Please do not expect to be able to enter this competition post-closing date. Management reserves the right to restrict the number of entries per rider per level. Please contact secretary directly if you are planning to enter more than two horses at the same level. Awards

Trophy & 8 ribbons per division. Special Awards: Lowest and Second Lowest Scoring Pony Clubber; Lowest Scoring UNH Student/Alumni; Best Scoring Connemara (sponsored by the ACPS). Please indicate which award you are eligible for (and the name of your Pony Club/year of graduation, whichever is relevant). Connemaras must include a copy of their rider or owner's ACPS membership and registration papers. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P) is offering ribbons, prizes and prize money to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reserve highest placed Thoroughbred will receive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P. numbers to event organizer with entry. For more information, visit www.tjctip.com

Stabling/Veterinarian

UNH will not be offering on site stabling. Limited off site stabling available, first come first served. Stabling fee must be paid with entry or we will not make arrangements for you. $75.00/night; initial bedding provided. Please contact secretary regarding availability prior to entering event. Cross-country course not open prior to the event in spring in order to preserve footing. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. In the event of challenging conditions in the spring, organizer may convert all Modified entries to Modified/Training (MT); such a division would still be run on Sunday. Competitors will be notified by phone in the event this change occurs and will have the option of a full refund or an entry at MT. Food available on grounds each day by Betty's Kitchen. Photographer on grounds. Dogs welcome but MUST be leashed. PARKING IS EXTREMEMLY LIMITED AT UNH. Competitors are encouraged to trailer-pool if they are able. Follow all posted signs and parking staff directions regarding parking. Bring a bike. The popular paved lot is designated student parking, and despite repeated requests, UNH Parking will NOT ALLOW US TO CLOSE THE LOT or remove the student cars from it for the Trials. We have no control over this. Please respect the multiple uses at our facility and approach our parking with a sense of humor!
