Turn left and go straight at stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. (NOTE: Do NOT take fork to the right on 11E that says 11W/25W.)

Tentative Schedule
Thursday:Cross-country course open-3 pm. Aerator used on cross-country courses. Friday: Dressage tests WILL be offered to certain levels, if entries warrant, starting at approximately 1:00 PM. Dressage on Friday NOT mandatory. However, I, IP, OP, PT, OT, and ON preferred scheduling on Friday. Communication by email if you are in one of these divisions and CANNOTdo dressage on Friday. Competitors in other divisions may request Friday dressage and we will attempt to accommodate those requests.
Sat: Dressage -8 am. Show Jumping -approx 10:30 am (earlier start if dressage fills on Friday). 3-phase Starter is 1-day, Saturday. Competitors Party (complimentary) following jumping on Saturday... approx 6 p.m.
Sun: Cross-country -8 am.
PLEASE NOTE: Tentative cross country times will be posted on Startboxscoring.com. However, final ride times for cross country will be published only at the end of all tests on Saturday and posted on the scoreboard and online. Ifnumber of horseswarrant, changes to the schedule may necessitate the addition of Friday Dressage as stated above or Saturday Cross-country. Emails will communicate any such changes to competitors. The Starter Test is a one-day test and stabling priority is given to all levels needing weekend stabling.

USEA Starter/D&M Fees Refund Policy: USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Entries
Entry Fees: A $25 non-refundable office fee is charged per entry. USEA
membership and horse registration required for all levels, except Starter. Divisions
may be further divided or combined if number of entries and
qualifications of riders warrant. Number of riders are limited by
scheduling capabilities. Double entries are not accepted. Negative
Coggins within past 12 months is months required. No changes allowed in office on Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations. :
Starter Test: No USEA membership, Starter/D&M Fees required.
Late Entries: $50 charged after closing date, April 5th. By USEF rule: COMPLETE
entries INCLUDING payment must be in office by midnight of Closing
date, April 5th. Any entry received AFTER April 5th is
LATE. Xentry will not be open after April 5,2022. Any late entry must be emailed and paid for immediately by Venmo or credit card by phone call.
Late Change Fee: $50 charged for any change made to entry after closing date, April 5, 2022.
ENTERING OPTIONS: 1) Enter online through www.useventing.com/onlineservices
(Xentry) preferred. If the electronic signature is completed, (e-sign), Coggins
and Stabling Form uploaded, and entry paid for with a credit card, no
hard copies are required to be sent to office. Any required membership
cards, and Stall Deposit, may be brought to office.
2) Enter online, print out full entry and sign. Send in entry, Coggins, stabling form, and include check for fees. Send separate stall
deposit (per horse) and snail-mail. Management preference is to enter through the USEA Online Entry Service. Please remember, PAYMENT determines date of entry!
Stabling FORM: Requests need to be noted by placing same name (trainer, barn or person to be stabled with) on stabling form. Late entry stabling requests may not be able to be accommodated.
STALL DEPOSIT: $40...a separate check for each horse must be included for STALL DEPOSIT. If multiple horses are paid for with 1 check and 1 stall is left uncleaned, check will be cashed with no refund. Person that writes check is responsible for rider that check covers. If rider doesn't clean stall, owner of check is responsible to request refund from the rider. CASH given for the STALL DEPOSIT (instead of the requested check) assumes the stall will NOT be cleaned and no refund will be given.
Refunds: Before closing date, full refund less $25 non-refundable office fee. After closing date no refund (with exception of USEA Starter and D&M fees), unless stall and/or entry is filled from waiting list. A Post-Closing Office Fee of $50 will be charged for any horse withdrawn after closing that is replaced by a horse on a wait-list. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Veterinarian: Will be on grounds during event. Emergency # will be posted at secy's office. Starter Division is 1-day; stall priority will go to levels that need to be on grounds both days.

Additional Information: Competitor packets available from secretary from noon on Thursday. Cross Country Schooling permitted one-half hour after show is over on Sunday. Free of charge for anyone eliminated during show, with trainer present. Others may school for a $25 charge. Signed waiver necessary from office. Competitor party is complimentary.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
