Entry:YEH: $115, plus a USEA $20 Starter Fee. NEH: $115, FEH: $100, plus a $10.00 USEA Starter Fee.
POST Entry:(after Closing Date 3/22) YEH:$140. NEH:$140. FEH:$125.
Stabling:Stalls $50/night. Shavings $10/bag, first bag free. Muck deposit $25/stall (NO CHECKS! Charged through card on file with Event Entries if stall is not stripped and swept). Tack Stall $50/night.
Late/Incomplete Fee:$25.00 (included in post entry fee above). Charged to all entries incomplete within a week of the event.
Office Fee: $25 (Included in entry fee. Not refundable).
Double Entries:Not accepted.
Camping:$50.00/night w/ Electric hook up (20 amp). $35/night w/o Electric. (This includes the right to park one (1) RV or trailer at stabling even if barn parking is full. Any RV, camper or trailer used as sleeping quarters MUST be paid for.)
Trailer Parking at Stabling: Free unless barn parking is full. Only trailers or RVs registered for camping may park at stabling if barn parking is full. All others go to satellite lot, no exceptions. Consult show office for most up-to-date parking situation.
Refund Policy:Before Closing Date 3/22 - Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date 3/22 - No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation - No refund.
Association Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter fees ($20 for YEH and $10 for FEH/NEH), are not subject to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

current membership (Junior, Collegiate, Full, Life) required at all levels, except FEH
handler.
HORSE REGISTRATION: USEA Limited or Full Registration Required for YEH/NEH horses. USEA FEH, Limited or Full Registration required for FEH horses.
PAYMENT: Credit card payments only for entries. Additions after entry submission (stabling, shavings, camping, etc.) can be paid on the MDHT website or by Venmo. Call Carolyn at 301-514-0111 for Venmo details.
REFUND POLICY:Before Closing Date 3/22 - Less $25 non-refundable office fee. After Closing Date 3/22 - No refund on entry or stabling. Competition cancellation - No refund.
CHANGES:
Any change to entry subject to $20 fee and must be via email. Before C.D. - change of horse and/or rider and/or
division allowed. After C.D. - change of horse or rider (not both)
and/or division, space permitting. NO PHONE or TEXT withdrawals, changes or stabling requests will be accepted.
COGGINS:
Neg. Coggins within 12 months required for all horses, including
non-compete horse.

Stabling:
112 permanent stalls with stall doors. $50 per night includes one bag of shavings AND schooling on Loch Moy's XC schooling course. pre-ordered on stabling form. Shavings are $10/bag.

COVID-19:Loch Moy Farm adheres to local, state and USEF rules and procedures. Check the MDHT website for updates and keep apprised of current rules. Failure to comply is grounds for dismissal from the property, with no refunds for any fees paid.
Disrespect: Absolutely no disrespect will be tolerated toward any volunteer, official, staff, rider, student, groom, trainer, coach, spectator, or other participant. Abusive action toward horses is likewise unacceptable. Individuals who persist with disrespectful or abusive words/actions will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Dogs:
GR1301.6 will be STRICHTLY ENFORCED. There will be a $100 fine for
any dog not on a leash at any time during the weekend and the owner
may be asked to leave the grounds.
- Dogs
are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be on a
leash or otherwise contained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a
leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any
damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs’
behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule may be subject
to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7, as well as issuance of warning
cards.
