From Ocala: Rte 40 east approx. 50 miles to S.R. 19. Take S.R. 19 south approx.15 miles, farm will be on the left.
From North of Jacksonville: I-95 south to I-295 south to Orange Park exit (Hwy 17). Turn right on Hwy 17 & go to Palatka, turn south onto S. R. 19 just before Palatka. Go approx. 40 miles, cross over Hwy 40, go another 15 miles, farm on the left.
From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Dora) to S.R. 19 north in Eustis. Farm on right, 18 miles

Non Compete Horse:
$50.00/Event. Non-compete horses are required to wear a bridle number during competition. Non-compete stalls may be limited due to entry status.
Stabling:
$200.00 for duration of event. (THU - SUN night) Early
arrival or late departure stalls will bean additional $35.00 per
night/day. Limited Paddocks for competitors with stalls only, will be an
additional $30 per day/night. Horses must have a stall and will not be
allowed to use a paddock as stabling.
Limited RV spots availablefor an
additional $45 per day.
Ship-In Fee:
$40.00 for duration of event.
Stall Cleaning Deposit:$50.00 per stall (separate check).Stall cleaning: Call or Text Kati Kraskin Wekiva Basin Pony Club (386) 747-6165; $15/stall. PAYPAL ONLY.

Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled.USEA Starter and D&M Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. $50.00 stall cleaning deposit requiredon a separate check.
Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving. You must clean stall of all HAY/MANURE/URINE and stall must be LEVELED FLAT. NO holes or pits please.
Also, NO straw or cardboard/newspaper shavings. (check will be destroyed if these requirements are met).
Stall doors/1 bag of shavings provided.

Cross-Country
A-3990 m @ 570 mpm. I-3575 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000m @ 350 mpm. Flat terrain, coursesmore challenging than beginning of the season courses, but still moderate for horses with some experience at that level.
Cross-country course will close on Wednesday, February 9. Schooling by appointment.
Show Jumping Arena 250' x 150' clay/sand/fiber mix footing.

NO unauthorized cars or trucks on course.
NO golf carts or motorized bikes allowed on course while cross country is running.
NO Canadian checks.
NO camp fires.
NO turn out in round pen.
Food vendors available on grounds.
Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed.
No loud generators close to main barn.
No straw/cardboard shavings in stalls. If found, stall deposit check will be cashed.
Shavings - $8.00 bag.
Ice - $3.00 bag.
Volunteers

shows.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
