We encourage EARLY entries. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! All entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Entries received after closing date are subject to alate fee of $50. Changes to Entry: After closing date-$35, prior to closing date-no fee. Incomplete entries-$15. Bounced Check Fee: $35. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except the combined test and intro. Combined Test participants are exempt from USEA membership, but must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership fees; USEA Starter/D&M fees do not apply. Refunds:Before C.D.-Less $25 office fee; After C.D.-no refund,unlesseither entry or stabling can be filled from a wait list, a refund for either less $35 office fee will be given. Competition cancellation-No refund. Negative Coggins required for out-of-state horses within 12 months. PRELIMINARY and ABOVE must send copy of USEF cards for rider, trainer and owner. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

OI=$900, P=$600 per division. Trophy & 7 ribbons per divisions. Awards in show office 30 minutes following final cross-country results.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$195/stall from noon Thursday to noon Monday. 400 stalls on grounds. Non-stabled horses=$90. Extra bedding available for purchase @ $11/bag. Stall doors provided, but stall guards recommended. Schooling Classes offered Friday 11 to 4:30. Dressage Tests of choice11 am for $30; Show Jumping starting with Intro 12-12:45; BN 12:45-1:30; N 1:30-2:30; T 2:30-3:30 for $30. All schooling classes are to be signed up for at sign up genius link here: Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. All weather footing in arenas and sandy footing on XC. Food on grounds. XC Closes after fundraiser clinic 1/24. Dogs must be leashed. Team Competition: teams of 3 or 4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
