From North of Jacksonville: I-95 South to I-295 South to Orange Park exit (Hwy 17). Turn right on Hwy 17 and go to Palatka, turn south onto S.R. 19 just before Palatka. Go approx. 40 miles, cross over Hwy 40, go another 15 miles, farm on the left.
From Orlando Airport: Beeline Expressway (Hwy 528) west (towards Orlando) to Florida Turnpike north (towards Ocala) to Hwy 429 north (towards Apopka) to Hwy 441 north (towards Mt. Dora) to S.R. 19 north in Eustis. Farm on right, 18 miles.

Entry: I: $245.00; P: $240; PT/T: $220.00; Novice: $210 BN: $205.00.
Stabling:$100.00 for duration of event. (Friday - Sunday night) Each additional night is $35.00. Stalls come with 1 bag of shavings.
Hook Ups:$45.00/night.(RV spots are first come first serve basis and reservations can be made on our website).
Paddocks:$50.00/weekend.
Ship-in:$30.00/weekend.
Stall Deposit:$50.00 per stall (separate check). Stall cleaning is available through our local Pony Club and more information will be available the weekend of the show.
Shavings:$8.00/bag.
Refunds:Before closing date, less $25.00 non-refundable office fee; withdrawals will not be honored unless faxed, emailed or mailed on or before closing date. NO PHONE WITHDRAWALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. After closing date, refund only if there is a waiting list. Ship-in fees refunded. Stabling fee refunded if stall is filled.USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy:The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels.

Copy of current neg. coggins within 12 months must accompany entry. 30 day health certificate required at the Florida State line.

Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. I-3575 m @ 550 mpm. P-3120 m @ 520 mpm. PT/T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000m @ 400 mpm. BN-2000 m @ 350 mpm. Starter: Approx. 1500m @ 300 mpm (Speed fault 40 mpm). All courses: Flat terrain, more challenging than beginning of the season courses, but still moderate for horse with some experience at that level. Ditches, banks and water may be included on all courses.
Cross-country course will close on Saturday, November 22.

Stabling/Veterinarian
Permanentstalls, each with it's own stall door:
$100.00 for duration of event. (Friday - Sunday) Each additional night is $35.00. Stall doors provided. Each stall comes with 1 bag of shavings.
$50.00 stall cleaning deposit is required on a separate check.
Stalls must be cleaned prior to leaving. You must clean stall of all HAY/MANURE/URINE.
Also, NO straw or cardboard/newspaper shavings. (check will be destroyed if these requirements are met).

available the weekend of the show. Feed/hay available for purchase 1/2 mile away from show grounds at Dan's Feed Store.

Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.
NO unauthorized cars or trucks on course.
NO golf carts or motorized bikes allowed on course while cross country is running.
NO Canadian checks.
NO camp fires.
NO turn out in round pen.
Food vendors available on grounds.
Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed.
No loud generators close to main barn.
No straw/cardboard shavings in stalls. If found, stall deposit will be cashed.
Shavings - $8/bag.
Ice - $3/bag.
Volunteers earn Rocking Horse Bucks which can be used for schooling or schooling shows.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
