Fees

Attention US riders: Entries for ALL FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI through the USEF online entry system https://www.usef.org/_AUAIFrames/FEI/Entry/Default.aspx or they will not be considered complete. There is no fee to submit an entry through this system. Athletes MUST also enter the events (and pay the entry fees) through the normal entry process. Please also pay close attention to the closing date in the FEI Definite Schedule. Foreign riders need to contact their National Federation. Make checks to Woodside Eventing. Entry: Per division: CCI-S4*: $600; CCI-S3*: $500; CCI-S2*: $400; A: $375.00; I: $325; P: $285; T/N/BN/Intro: $255. Double Entries: $25. Stabling:$200/stall. Tack Stalls:$200/stall. Shavings: $11/bag. Trailer-in Fee: $100 (non-stabled horses). Non-competing Horse Fee: $100/horse (facility use fee). Teams: $5/rider. Refunds: Before C.D.: Full Refund; after C.D. No refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. Entries

ALL entries MUST include payment in full to be accepted. ALL entries must be postmarked on or before closing date. ALL accepted entries postmarked on or after closing date will be assessed a $50 post entry fee. Any entry sent incomplete and not complete by closing date will be assessed the incomplete entry fee. ALL CHANGES/SCRATCHES MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to[email protected]Changes after C.D. $25 change fee. Incomplete Entries - $15. Refunds: Before C.D.: Full Refund; after C.D. no refund unless entry or stabling can be filled from wait list, if either are filled either will be refunded. Competition cancellation-No refund. Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all out of state horses. All entry fees include a $25 nonrefundable office fee. BN competitors who are not USEA members must pay an extra $25 nonmember fee. ALL Preliminary and above must include copy of USEF Card for Rider, Owner and Trainer. ALL CCI-S COMPETITORS: FEI Passports required for all foreign owned horses and U.S. CCI-S4* horses. All CCI-S3*& 2* U.S. owned horses must have a USEF national passport. All passports that have to be mailed after the show will incur a $10 postage fee. All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

CCI-S4*=$1,800 total, Winning CCI-S4* rider awarded Founder's Cup Trophy; CCI-S3*=$1,500; CCI-S2*=$1,200. Trophy and 10 ribbons per CCI divisions. Trophy and 7 ribbons per HT division.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$200/stall from 12 pm Wednesday to Noon on Monday. 400 stalls on grounds. Stall doors & initial bedding only provided. $100 - Trailer In Fee for the weekend. If horse park member please mail a copy of your membership card with your entry. $100 non-competing horse fee for the weekend in addition to stabling. Feed/bedding/hay available for purchase, further info from the secretary. Shavings $11/bag, please pre-order with Entry or email to [email protected]. Veterinarian: TBD. # will be posted at show office. New Trailer Parking Policy: Trailer parking is extremely tight, you will not be able to tie horses to your trailer or put awnings out. Tack Stalls are HIGHLY recommended. All parking must be done with attendant guidance. Late night arrivals be prepared to move to designated spot the next morning.

All other T-2100 m @ 450 mpm. ON-1800 m @ 400 mpm. All other N-1800 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1500 m @ 350 mpm. Intro-1400m @ 300 mpm. FEI courses: Above Average, for horses/riders with some experience at these levels, more terrain than most CA courses. National courses: Average for horses at with some experience at the level. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
