Address: 401 North Bend Road, Weatherford, TX 76085. Willow Draw is located in Weatherford, Texas, north of Interstate 20.
From Ft. Worth: Interstate 20 West, use exit 414, Fort Worth Hwy US 180 to courthouse.
From west of Weatherford: Interstate 20 East, exit 402, Ranger Hwy, spur 312, to courthouse.
At the courthouse, take FM51 north 2 1/2 miles, turn right onto North Bend Rd. The first driveway on the left about 1/4 mile is the entrance to Willow Draw.

Fees

All divisions:$225. The entry feeincludes a $25 non-refundable office fee.
Stabling:$150 (2 bags shavings provided). Includes stabling for Friday through Sunday am.
Stall cleaning deposit:$25 (separate check). Check will be destroyed if stall is clean with hay and manure removed. Do not strip.
Grounds fee:$25(non-stabled horses).
Camping:$30 (per night, separate check).
Hook-ups:$30 (per night, electricity only, limited amount).
Late entry: After closing date,$75.
Changes:Any entry change received after the closing date will be charged a non-refundable $40 fee.
Refunds:Before closing date, less $25 non-refundable office fee; After closing date, less $50 non-refundable office fee only if place can be filled from wait list of same level. Stable-No refund. No telephone withdrawals accepted, emails only. Competition cancellation-refund less expenses.
USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA
Starter and D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be
returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the
dressage test.

Entries
Limited to 100 entrantsand 2 entry per rider limit.Cross-country Pinny/Holder/Insert required.USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited for T, N, BN, or Full) are required at all levels except Starter.
Starter/D&M/COVID Recovery Fees Refund Policy:The D&M fees ($25) and Covid Recovery Fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.Negative coggins required within 12 months for all horses. All entries must have three signatures, Rider, Owner, and Trainer.
Wait List Policy:INCOMPLETE entries go to wait list. Missing signatures, trainer name, coggins, fees, etc., will result in entry going to wait list.After the entry limit is reached, additional entries are placed on the wait list in the order they are received and if the entry is COMPLETE.Only entries received by closing date are placed on the Wait List.All entries received after the closing dates are ineligible for the Wait List. Once scheduling of the competition is complete, substitutions will be made from the wait list BY DIVISION only.All checks are destroyed or refunded after the termination of the Wait List. After the Closing Date and before the termination of the wait list, in order to receive a refund, your spot must be filled from the wait list. Scratches after the close of the wait list date are not eligible for a refund. With the expiration of the Wait List, no scratched spots are filled.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

30 permanent 12x12 stalls with sliding stall doors. Your stall card with your name and horse will be on your stall.Cleaning deposit required on separate check. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
“Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
