Refunds: Before C.D.-full refund minus $25 office fee; After C.D. refund minus $25 office fee, only if same spot can be filled from wait list, (if there is a wait list). USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. If oversubscribed, a Waitlist will be compiled for each division. Waitlist entries will be accepted based on Postmark/Electronic Date.

Negative 12 month Coggins must be through the last day of the competition and must accompany entry. No entry scheduled without full payment and completed documentation. CCI Entries not postmarked, completed and paid by the closing date will be charged a $75 late fee. All N through P entries not postmarked, completed and paid by closing date will be charged a $50 late fee. No changes will be processed after 9/20. Riders and owners at Modified and above must have current copies USEF membership, or a $45 USEF Show Pass fee will be charged. Double entries: Not accepted. All horses and riders including foreign, must have a USEA number. All riders and horses must be members of the USEA in order to compete at the Beginner Novice level.Beginner Novice horses can be registered with a Limited registration, which allows the horse to compete at Beginner Novice through Training for the duration of its lifetime, and riders will need a Junior, Collegiate or Full membership which is renewed annually. Reminder:

All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

PRIZE MONEY AWARDED FOR ALL FEI DIVISIONS! Total Oktoberfest Prize Money in excess of $60,000.00. CCI Divisions: Prize Money as described below, 10 ribbons per division. CCI 4* - $30,000, 3* - $20,000, 2* - $10,000, divided between the top 25% of the starters.

National Divisions: 6 ribbons per division, prizes. 1st place in each National division will receive a $100 FITS Gift Certificate. 2nd place will be coolers and 3rd place will be saddle pads. $1,250 in prize money to be split among the National divisions, and a $250 prize for the TB with the lowest score in the National divisions.

Amanda Bader Award - $2,500 total, divided between lowest dressage scores for each FEI division, who complete the event ($833 for lowest score in 4*, $833 for lowest score in 3*, and $833 for lowest score in 2*). TIP Ribbons and Prizesfor the highest placed Thoroughbred at each National level. Register your OTTB athttp://tjctip.com/default.asp?page=7. KWPN Award for the highest placing Dutch WB horse. Stabling/Veterinarian

360 permanent stalls, minimum 12' by 10'. Available Wednesday at noon to Sun PM (but no extra charge for laying over through Thursday Sept 30), $300.00/ stall. Stall doors, no initial bedding. $300.00 Tack Stall/Non-competing. Or 75 additional stalls (minimum 12' by 10') in Main Barn and Barns near Covered Arena $350 per stall which includes use of a paddock. $350 Tack Stall/Non-competing in these barns. $50 stall deposit check required, will be destroyed if stall is stripped.
