Directions: From I-90 take exit 279, Hwy 195 South Colfax-Pullman (Pullman Hwy) go 2 miles south on 195 thru flashing lights, under railroad overpass. Turn Right onto NEW Cheney-Spokane Rd. BYPASS exit. Wind around two (2) curves, start up hill (stay to right at Y). After Cemetery (.9 mi.) turn left on Sherman Rd, go up hill (1 mi. stay to right at Y), turn right (.8 mi.) into marked driveway. Indoor arena is visible from the road on the right.

Thurs: Cross-Country Course Open to walk-3 pm. FEH/YEH/NEH: 12 pm. Dressage Tests of Choice: 9:00-5:00. Show Jumping Tests of Choice:10:30-11:15-Intro; 11:25-12:40-BN; 12:50-2:00-N; 2:10-3:00-T; 3:10-3:30-M. $30 per test, online signup will be available Monday week of the show. Fri: Dressage 8 am.
Sat: SJ: 9:30 (AI/ACT/CCI-S/I/P/M); XC: 12:30 (T/N/BN/Intro);
Sun: XC: 8:30 (P/I/CCI-S/M); SJ: 9:00 (T/N/BN/Intro)
Entrieswill be limited due to limited daylight and stabling. Plan to enter early!

Entries

Entry fees include $25 non-refundable office fee. Entries postmarked after Closing Date $50 post entry fee. Post Entries may be accepted based on space availability. Double entries: Not accepted. Intro competitors: USEA membership and non-member fees are not required and Starter/D&M/COVID fees do not apply. CT-USEA non-members must pay a $25 USEA non-member fee with entry.Starter/D&M/COVID fees do not apply Any changes after CD: $25 change fee until 9/21; after 9/21 $50 change fee if schedule permits. Before C.D.: Less $25 non-refundable processing fee; After C.D.: Entry/Stabling less $50 cancellation fee, ONLY if entry/stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation no refunds. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Awards

Ribbons 1st-10th. Prizes 1st-10th. $1,200 prize for each FEI class. Write your sponsor thank you and pick up your award in the show office. Monetary TIPS awards so register your TB. Equisave Rescue Horse ribbons to highest rescued horse per level. Must be registered and number presented before start of competition for both TIP and Rescue.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Stabling: 12'x12' limited permanent stalls, with full doors, additional 10'x10' portable stalls with full doors, $175 for the weekend (12 pm 9/29 Wednesday to 9am Monday 10/3). Tack stalls may be available in the portable stabling, space allowed, $175. Two initial bags of shavings provided additional available for purchase, $10/bag. Stalls may not be altered in any manner. Horses hauling in for the show must pay the $40.00 grounds fee per horse. ONLY horses entered in the show are to be on the grounds, unless special arrangements have been made with Spokane Sport Horse Farm. Veterinarians: Dr. Kris Belles, West Plains Animal Hospital.Dr. John Herning, McKinlay and Peters Equine Farrier: Lovell Fink.

Accommodations

Motels: You may dry camp on the grounds. Limited number of electric only hook-ups available-$20/night. Ramada Inn - Airport - SPECIAL SHOW RATE CODE L03 and the rate is $82.90 this rate includes breakfast. You must use the code to receive the special rate. (509) 838-5211. Cross-Country

AI/I: 3200m @ 550mpm, 22-28 obstacles. P: 2800-3200m @ 520 mpm 24-32 obstacles. M:2800-3200m @ 470 m/min 22-26 obstaclesT: 2200-2500m @ 450 mpm, 22-24 obstacles. N: 1800-2200m @ 400 mpm, 16-20 obstacles. BN: 1500-2000m @ 350 mpm 14-18 obstacles. Intro: 1200-1600m @ 300 mpm 14-18 obstacles. Footing is sandy loam fields on groomed tracks, groomed dirt covered trails with significantterrain changes. Open fields and trails through wooded areas for all divisions. Includes banks, ditches and water forall. Intro and BN fences, someat maximum sizemay include versions of standard portable fences (cabin, table, oxers, etc.). Because of terrain these courses should be considered somewhat challenging for the level.P, T , M and Nalso have some maximum size fences with terrain changes but these courses can be considered more standard for the levels . Cross-Country course closed after September 15.

Other Information

Cross-country course closes on Saturday, October 23. (cross country schooling by appointment only and depending on footing). Levels may be further divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. No stabling changes without permission of secretary or $50 fine. Food vendor on grounds. Dogs are welcome, but MUST be leashed. If caught loose a $50 fine. No unauthorized cars on course. No motorized vehicles, electric bicycles or golf carts permitted on course, Sunday, November 7th while cross country is running. All returned checks will be subject to a $25 fee in addition to the $12 bank fee. No Canadian checks please. No cardboard shavings/straw. If found, stall deposit check will be cashed. No loud generators close to the main barn. Look for updates prior to the show on Facebook. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
