Tack Stall: Based on availability, competition management has the right to rescind tack stalls if competition is full. $125.00 Friday 8 am - Sunday 8 pm. Grounds Fee: $ 75.00 (non-stabled horses). Camping(RV HOOK UP):$35.00/night - includes electric, water and pull through RV dump station. 30 amp service at all, some 50 amp available, request 50 amp on entry. NOTE: INFORMATION IS APPROXIMATE - OFFICIAL DISTANCES SPEEDS AND TIMES WILL BE POSTED ON GROUNDS. P-3000 m @ 520 mpm. PT andT-2300 m @ 470 mpm. N-2000 m @ 400 mpm. BN-1950 m @ 350 mpm. Starter-Max 1500m @ 325 mpm, 10-12 jumping efforts, max fence height 2'3" - Starter will be timed for speed faults only. All courses: Average, for horses with some experience at these levels and include ditches, banks, combinations and a mix of technical and galloping questions. All courses: Moderate terrain changes. Some new fences and new questions for all divisions. Sandy loam, aerovated footing. Cross-country course closed August 23.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. $135/stall from 8 am Friday to Sunday evening. $75 grounds fee if not stabling. 160 permanent stalls on grounds 10x10, 10x12 and 12x12 depending on location. All wood construction, well ventilated, with metal stall gates. Stall doors and 1 bag of shavingsprovided. NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS ALLOWED. Bedding available for purchase on grounds or with entry.$10/bag and will be delivered upon your arrival.Veterinarian and Farrier phone #'s will be posted in office and at scoreboard. Check facility map on website for which entrance you need to use based on stall assignment,to access your stalls. There are 3 gates, so be sure you pull into the correct one!

Accommodations

Host hotel Quality Inn of Groesbeck, mention MCP for special rates. Additional hotels available in Groesbeck, Marlin, Marquez, Franklin and Hearn, all within 30 minutes or less. Bremond offers several Bed/Bath options. RV Hookups: $35/night (water & electric). Pull through RV dump now open - dump fee included in RV fee. Generator or other camper use, $15/night, includes use of dump station. Note: All RV Hook ups will be assigned as close to stall assignment as possible. We cannot ensure that RV spaces will be in the same section as stalls. We will do our absolute best to accommodate, and appreciate your understanding. If you need 50 amp service, note it on your entry. All 50 ampplugs are at the south barn.

We invite you to a night of celebration on Saturday at 6:30pm under the pavilion. There will be a catered dinner, live music, and lots of celebrating! Vendor space- Call Angelique 512-423-3119 NO MOTORIZED VEHICLES/ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES/GOLF CARTS, please. Pet/Vehicle Policy is posted on grounds and on the website. Leash policy strictly enforced!!! Please respect the rules! Special needs vehicle permits available, email in advance for approval. NO OUTSIDE SHAVINGS. VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!!! Every competitor is expected to help, or bring someone with you that can help, for a few hours over the weekend. Volunteers are critical to running an event smoothly. We always need more jump judges, and you will be rewarded with $10/hour in work credits! We may withhold packets until you sign up, or provide a volunteer on your behalf! EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
