USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and Covid-19 Recovery fee ($5) are not subject to office fees and shall be returned, within 30 days of the competition, to any rider who does not start the dressage test.

Coggins required within 12 months for all horses. If space allows and post entries are accepted they will be charged an additional $50 late fee. ANY entry post marked after Closing Date will be considered a late entry and the $50 Late fee applies. Additionally, any electronic or faxed entry made prior to Closing Date must be COMPLETE within 5 days after Closing or will be also considered a late entry and charged the $50 Late fee. Late fee policy will be strictly adhered to!Any entry which is incomplete as of 6:00 pm Sunday September 5th will be charged an additional $20 PER MISSING ITEM. This includes birth date, signature pages, coggins, horse or rider USEA numbers. Reminder:All USEF Life and senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Prizes and 8 ribbons per division. This is a TIP event. The Jockey Club Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P) is offering ribbons, prizes, and prize money to the top placing Thoroughbred at each level. The reserve low point placed Thoroughbred willreceive a ribbon. Eligible horses must provide T.I.P numbers to event secretary with entry. For more information, visit www.tjctip.com. All prize money will be provided to the host horse show fordistribution post-event. Apple Knoll Farm is an IEL event. Please get your team roster in before the event. Dressage and Show Jumping in outdoor sand arenas. Warm up on sand outside and the indoor on our new GGT footing. Entry limit 135 per day. Levels may be divided/ combined as entries warrant. Please state preference under eligible section. Provide experience and birthdate on entry. Dogs must be leased. $50 fine for unleashed dogs. No motorized vehicles on XC. Non-competing horses must purchase a number and sign a release to be on grounds. Parking is limited. Please share trailers when possible. Water is available on grounds. Some parking may far from water sources. Please bring water if you can. EV114 Dress 1. Protective Headgear.a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions ,riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801) : b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) / SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. "Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith" No overnight camping.
