USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be
returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. (Starter Division not to pay the USEA Starter and D&M fees)

Changes to entries: $25 fee will be charged for Each change requested after closing date. Change requests must be emailed to show secretary for proof of request. This includes division changes and change of horse or rider.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

Dressage

Grass warm up areas and Large indoor arena available for schooling for Dressage.
Cross-Country
MT/Training.-2200 m @ 420 mpm 2 waters, jump out of water, drop into water, banks, ditch, table, corner, chevrons, more combinations added.
Novice.-1900 m @ 350mpm., water crossing, banks, ditch, tables.
Beginner Novice-1700 m @ 300 mpm, water crossing, banks, drop, table.
Starter–1700m @ 275 mpm, logs, roll top, tiny table, , no banks, water optional, max 2’3” .
Terrain: banks appropriate for level, on all courses. X-C course flat and openwith short paths thru woods, questions fair and strait forward appropriate at all levels. Good footing in any weather, much of course tiled for drainage. Show Jumping and warm-up on Grass.
Cross-country course closed 2 weeks prior to the start of the competition.
Other Information
Pinny holders required. Paper and Bridle numbers will be provided.

Negative Coggins dated January 1, 2021 to present must accompany all entries.
We will be utilizing StartBox Scoring throughout this event. Scores will be available online during this event. Pedestrian gates and wash area will be available for this event.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
