Incentive for trailering-in!In an effort to conserve on stabling costs and adhere to social distancing protocols, we are incentivizing trailer-in entries to our HT. Anyone not using a stall for their weekend will have the haul in fee waived! Please consider hauling in and out.

ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY CLOSING DATE! Entries received after closing date are subject to alate fee of $50. Changes to Entry: After closing date-$25, prior to closing date-no fee. Incomplete entries-$15. Bounced Check Fee: $25. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA Starter/D&M/COVID Recover Fees and USEA Membership/non-membership fees are waived.CT participants who are not USEA members will pay a $25 USEA non-member fee with entry. Negative Coggins required within 12 months for out-of-state horses.
Complete Entries: Only complete entries will be accepted unless arrangements are previously made. A complete entry is one that is received with full payment on or before closing date, this also applies to entries submitted through Xentry. Entries that are not complete after closing date will be assessed a $50 late fee. Reminder:All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Ribbons to 6th place - prizes to 3rd Awards will be available in the show office 30 minutes after final scores are posted.

Stabling/Veterinarian

$160/stall from Thursday to Sunday. Shavings $10/ bag. Initial bag is NOT provided. We encourage pre-order of shavings with entry. Bring stall guards. No non-compete horses allowed! Cross‑country course closed August 22. We will be following all social distancing requirements mandated by the state of California. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith.”
