Stabling: Temporary stalls (canvas, 10x10): $125 per stall, tack stall $110 per stall. Permanent stalls (12x14 or larger): $175 per stall, tack stall $165 per stall. Permanent stabling is limited. To reserve permanent stalls, separately email secretary at [email protected] to confirm your request.
Trailer-in Fee: $65 (non-stabled horses) for competition.
Grounds fee: $150 (non-competition horses, includes XC schooling upon the conclusion of the the horse trials. Change fee:Changes made after close are subject to $25 change fee. Refunds: Before C.D. - Full refund; after C.D. to August 20: less $50 office fee. AfterAugust 20no refund, unless entry or stabling can be filled from waitlist, if either are filled either will be refunded, less $50 office fee. Competition cancellation: No refund. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian
We are offering both permanent (12x14 or larger) and temporary (10x10) stalls on grounds. Permanent stalls are limited and will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Stabled riders MUST indicate request on stabling form and include appropriate stabling fee to secure stabling. Permanent stalls are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis; to reserve a permanent stall riders MUST email [email protected] in order to confirm reservation.Temporary stalls: $125/stall. Permanent stalls: $175/stall.
Stall doors/1 bag shavings provided.Extra bedding available for purchase at show grounds. Additional bags of shavings $13/bag.
$150 fee for horses not entered in competition. This fee is in addition to the stall fee, and includes cross-country schooling on Sunday after the competition.

Other Information
Footing/Footing maintenance:Footing in the SJ and dressage arenas and warmups is sand that is groomed and watered daily. Arenas will be groomed and watered throughout show day; schedule will be posted on day of show. Cross country footing is worked and rock picked regularly, with continued efforts to create a more consistent and quality surface for horses and riders.
Our competitor and hospitality area is growing! Food will be available on the grounds all day at Junior's Bistro - provided by World Fare food truck! Coffee cart TBD. New shade structure available for competitors and spectators at the Hilltop Stadium Arena.
Trailer-in Fee for non-stabled horses $65.00 for competition.
Cross-country schooling available after the competition, $40.00 fee and trainer must have additional insured certificate for Woodland Stallion Station.

No dogs allowed on the WSS show grounds. Dogs caught off-leash subject to $100 bail.
EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
