REFUNDS: Before C.D.- Entry & Stabling fees less $25
non-refundable office fee. After C.D. for entries only pending final
qualification - if the qualification is not earned by 8/23, Entry &
Stabling refunded less $50 office fee. No Refunds after 8/17, unless Entry or
Stabling can be filled by a wait list in which case Entry and/or Stabling
refunded less $50 office fee. Competition Cancellation-no refund.
USEA Starter/D&M and COVID-19 Recovery Fees Refund Policy: The USEA
Starter and D&M fees ($25) and COVID recovery fee ($5), are not subjected
to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any
rider who does not start the dressage test.
Should the event be canceled due to COVID-19, competitors
will receive a refund of their Entry and Stabling fees, less $100. The money
retained by the organizing committee will go to offset a limited portion of the
expenses incurred up to the point of cancellation due to the pandemic. For all
other circumstances that may force the competition to cancel-no refund.

Entries are expected to be very high so be sure to send your entry in on opening date even if you are still in the process of qualifying! If oversubscribed on opening day, entries will be drawn as per USEF rules. Entries limited to 1,000.

All courses: Championship level courses on rolling 100 year old bluegrass turf. Expect water, banks, ditches and combinations at all levels . Absolutely no golf carts or motorized vehicles of any kind on the Cross-Country Course. Course footing is consistently maintained and will be aerovated, aggravated and/or irrigated as needed.
Cross-Country course is closed.
