Please specify on entry which nights you require stabling. If you are riding Friday only, stabling is available for Thursday night. Please plan to be out of your stall by 4:00 Friday afternoon to accommodateincoming weekend riders. Exceptions will be given only if you have horses entered over the weekend, or if you have trailering limitations; please indicate on your entry form, or email the show secretary. Grounds fee: $25.00 per entry for non-stabled horses. Attention US FEI riders:entries for All FEI competitions must be submitted to the FEI though the USEF online entry system. Entries and stalls may be limited based on current state and local restrictions. Please note that all Novice and OBN will run as a ONE DAY on Friday. BNR and JBN will run Saturday and Sunday. Entries may be limited. You may enter through EventEntries.com or mail paper entry and stable form postmarked on the opening date, use USEA 2021Horse Trials entry form, USEA Signature/Waiver page, GMHA Waiver (found on event webpage at www.gmhainc.org) Coggins test and RABIES (certificate, vaccine record from vet invoice, or titer results w/vet note accepted) and applicable membership card copies, one check per horse/rider combination. Negative Coggins dated after 8/16/2020. Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Divisions will be further divided or combined as entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. NOTE: USEA and USEF fees are not included as part of the entry fee. These association fees must be added to your entry fee, per the itemized Fees Enclosed section of the Entry Form; totaled with the other applicable fees, and sent to the event with your entry. Entries may not be postmarked prior to the opening date. Entry Confirmation status will be posted on www.gmhainc.org and www.area1usea.org. Double entries: Not accepted. There is a $50 fee for any entry accepted after closing date (if space allows). There will be a $35 change fee for ANY change to an entry after the closing date; ex. change of horse or rider, change of division (if space allows). There is a $35 fee for any bounced checks. Incomplete Entries: $30 incomplete fee for entries that are missing Coggins/Rabies/Signatures after the closing date. All USEF adult members with a Competing Membership must complete the USEF's Safe Sport Training, as approved by the U.S. Center for Safe Sport, regardless of level entered. Free Safe Sport training available through the USEF member dashboard. CCI3-S and CCI2-S riders and horses must be registered with the FEI. U.S. horses must have a National or FEI passport. All foreign horses must have an FEI passport. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian

155 permanent box stall and 41 portable stalls, all with solid doors, 10x10 in size. Hay and bagged shavings available for purchase, $10/bag. No tack stalls available.No refunds on stabling after the closing date unless show management is able to fill your stall. Stalls are to be stripped upon departure. No stall cleaning deposit is required; however, the competitor will be billed $50 for a stall left dirty. Vet/Farrier will be on call Thursday, on grounds Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Phone numbers will be posted in the office and in the event program.

Visit ww.gmhainc.org for accommodations list or WoodstockChamberVT.com for accommodations list. Town of Woodstock Zoning prohibits camping of any kind (tents, trailers, camper, etc.) on GMHA grounds. Book lodging early! No grilling or open fires permitted on grounds.

Strict Dog Policy: Pets must be leashed at all times, $50 fee for each off leash occurrence.No dogs allowed on cross country course on cross country day.Horses must wear bridle number when out of stall. There is no cell phonecoverage at GMHA, riders must wear medical arm bands only (no wrist bands). Competitors Party Saturday evening at the youth center. All courtesyof GMHA's generous patrons and sponsors. It is compulsory for all persons when mounted anywhere on the competition grounds to wear properly fastened protective headgear which meets or exceeds ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
