Fees

Entry Fees for P/T/N/BN: $215.00 (after OD postmark) ($15.00 discount with OD postmark). Intro (Elem): $190.00 or $175.00 with OD postmark. All applicable USEF/USEA fees (see 2020 entry form). Entrant must provide USEF and/or USEA member and horse registration numbers. All mandatory signature lines must be signed with original signatures or electronic signatures. Entrant must use the 2021 USEA Entry Form and USEA/USEF Waiver and Release Form. Intro competitors are exempt from USEA membership and non-membership fees and USEA Starter/D&M/COVID-19 Recovery fees do not apply. Draw checks to MSEA/CCC. Payments accepted via PAYPAL. Intro participants are exempt from USEA membership and the USEA Starter/D&M/COVID-19 Recovery fees do not apply. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- Less $50 ONLY if place can be filled from waiting list. Otherwise, no refund. Please notify sec'y by email or phone. Competition cancellation-No refund. Proof of Neg. Coggins within 12 months and Health Certificate required for out‑of‑state horses only. All courses will be held on the other side of the Gulch from the Dressage arena area and includes a new Water complex. P-2300 m @ 520 mpm. T-2200 m @ 450 mpm. N-2000 m @ 375 mpm. BN-1800 m @ 325 mpm; 14‑16 jumps, max. height 2'7". Intro (Elem)-1600m @ 300 mpm. Terrain: Rolling hills with sandy footing. All courses: Will be inviting. Water on course for all divisions. Cross‑country course closed July 31.

Other Information

Cross‑country course closed July 31. No one may ride any horse, walk or otherwise view the cross-country course. Levels may be divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. If experience level not completed, higher will be assumed. Concessions on grounds. No horse may be ridden on dam. Dogs must be leashed; $50 fine will be assessed to owners of unleashed or troublesome dogs. Increased supply of water again this year - water will be available for horses in large troughs. Highlands Ranch Metro District Rules: Currently $5/vehicle parking fee will be charged. USEA Medical card/armband must be worn; limited supply for sale on grounds. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
