Knoxville and West (I-40 OR I-640 bypass): Exit 394: Turn LEFT at light at exit onto 11E. Travel east approx. 17 miles to RG sign on left of hwy (Lowery Loop Rd). On right is New Market Church. Turn left and go straight at stop sign. At Baker Rd. turn left (signs will direct you from there). Approx. 5 miles. (NOTE: Once you are on 11E, Do NOT take fork to the right that says 11W/25W).
From Dandridge and East (I-40): Exit 417: Turn RIGHT at light at exit, onto Hwy 92. Travel North approx 10 mi. to 11E. Turn left (West) approx 6 mi. to RG sign on right at Lowery Loop Rd. Follow directions as above. Directions to RG from area hotels on website: river-glen.com.

Tentative Schedule
Friday: Cross-country course open - 3 pm. Aerator will be used on cross-country courses.
Saturday:Dressage-8 am; Show Jumping-10:30 am; All 3 phases of the Starter Division.Competitor Party following show jumping (Complimentary).
Sunday:Cross-country-8 am.
PLEASE NOTE:If number of horses warrant, changes to the schedule may necessitate the addition of Friday Dressage (optional for competitor) or Sat x/country. Emails will communicate any such changes as soon as possible to competitors. The Starter Test is a one-day test. This will facilitate those who wish to trailer-in for the day. A weekend stall may be secured if available. Divisions that demand both days will take priority.

Entry fees:A $25 non-refundable office fee is charged per entry.
USEA membership and horse registration are required for all levels, except Starter.Starter:USEA membership/non-membership fees are waived and the USEA Starter fee does not apply. If oversubscribed, priority to USEA members. Divisions may be further divided or combined if entries warrant.
Preliminary and Intermediate MUST include copies of Rider, Owner and Trainer USEF membership cards. Double entries: Not accepted. No changes allowed in office on the Friday of event unless mandated by USEF regulations.Late USEF rule: COMPLETE entries INCLUDING payment must be RECEIVED IN OFFICE by the end of the day on the closing date.A late entry fee ($50) will be charged for any entry received after the closing date of July 14th. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. Stabling/Veterinarian
210 perm. stalls on grounds, 10 x 12; permanent iron half/gates provided on stalls.Entries limited to stall capacity. CCI-S entries: $200 Wednesday through Sunday. I/IP/P/PT/T/TN/N/BN/Starter: $160 Thursday through Sunday. All early arrivals must email secretary. Stables open Wednesday, 8:00 a.m., addt'l nights $25 per stall. Initial 2 bags shavings included in cost. Additional bags $7 each. Stall deposit: $25; send separate check PER HORSE. Stalls must be STRIPPED (not picked) orstall deposit check will be cashed. $50 fine for switching assigned stalls without permission from secretary. Tack stalls $160. No shavings provided.
Please note: Starter division only runs Saturday. Priority for stalls goes to divisions running entire weekend.
Veterinarian: Will be on grounds through event. Emergency # also posted at secy's office.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
