Tentative Schedule

Thursday: Stabling opens at 12pm on Thursday. Due to the regulations of temperature checks and controlling traffic flow, we can not have competitors showing up prior to 12 on Thursday. Young rider volunteers will be onsite, but competitors must wait till 12 on Thursday to begin showing up. Fri:FEH competition- 12pm, Dressage schoolingtests 11am, Cross-country open-3 pm. Preliminary dressage MAY run Friday afternoon. Sat: Dressage-8 am. Show Jumping 9:00am. Sun: Cross Country-8:00 am.

Entries

Entry fees include a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. NSF CK fee $45. Refunds: Before C.D. Less $25 office fee;after closing date: Only if place can be filled from waiting list. Vet or doctors note required. $25 fee for changes after C.D. $25 fee for entries postmarked after C.D., if accepted. Competition cancellation - Split after expenses. USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter and D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Please be mindful of the lack of internet and get entries complete prior to closing date, as we will need to limit contact in the office due to the Co-vid19 toolkit Out-of-state horses must have current negative Coggins within 12 months (except Oregon). P-2800 m @ 520 mpm. T-2400 m @ 450 mpm. N-1900 m @ 370 mpm. BN-1700 m @ 350 mpm/max 2´7", 12-15 fences.Intro- 2'3", 10-12 fences, some terrain. All courses: very inviting course for horses and riders moving up a level. Open, galloping with all the elements at each levelbut designed to introduce horses and riders to new levels, BUT the fences will be height for each level. Lots of new fences for all levels this year. Cross-country course closed July 15th.

Ribbons through 8th place in all divisions.

Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. First come, first serve - $130. Stalls will be assigned in order received. Temp stalls on grounds. Bring stall guards. Early arrivals/late departures must be set-up with organizer prior to arrival - extra nights $30 per stall. Stall doors/initial bedding provided. Haul-in fee, $30 per horse. Veterinarian: Names & number will be posted at office.

Other Information

Remember we are running a 2-day format! Dressage schooling offered on Friday! $30 a test, all event tests'A'offered, through Preliminary. Practice test will be assigned to your event level unless you note on entry or email secretary that you would like to ride a different level! Perfect way to get those young horses and riders in the ring for more exposure! FEH yearling, 2-yo and 3yocompetition offered on Friday as well. Cross-country course closed July 15th. Levels may be further divided/combined if entries warrant; state preferences under Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Team competition: Teams of 3/4, best 3 scores to count, all team members at same level, $5/team member. Event proceeds are for the benefit of Area VII Young Rider program. Limited concessions on grounds, but please be as self sufficient as possible. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
