Stabling/Veterinarian

Limited. $50/stall/night. Some perm. stalls on grounds. Other perm. stalls approx. 5 mile from event. Stall doors & 1 bag shavings provided. $25 muck fee in separate check: Will be torn up if stall is stripped/cleaned. Veterinarian:# will be posted at secretary´s stand and & on scoreboard. Farrier on grounds.

Cross-Country

M-2600m@490 mpm;T-2400 m @ 420 mpm; N-2000 m @ 375 mpm; BN-1600 m @ 325 mpm/max height 2'7" h. Terrain: Rolling hills. Courses: good for first time at the USEA recognized level. All courses have 1 or 2 waters, with BN option no water, banks & revetted ditches. All courses updated 2020 ETB built fences. Cross-country course closed June 21.

Other Information

MAY BE FOOD CONCESSION - BUT advisable to bring own food and water. Water for horses and washing available. Cross-country course closed June 21. Levels may be divided/combined as entries warrant; state preferences (Horse, Rider, Open) under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry. Prize list available from sec'y or website: www.olneyfarm.com. Dogs must be leashed. Food available; Bring water for people and horses. A beginner- friendly event: small but sweet. EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
