Go straight across 31 & go 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd. Right turn & follow HHP signs. South: I-65 north to exit 76N to US 31 to 3rd light, left 3 miles to Schoolhouse Rd. Right turn & follow HHP signs. If you have never been to the Horse Park; it's tricky to pull it up on GPS so try google maps or Hoosier Horse Park google page.

Fri: Cross-country course open-3 pm; Competitor packets available Noon-7 pm. Sat: Dressage-7:00 am; Cross-country-9:30 am. Sun: Show Jumping-8:00 am. Novice: $205.00; Starter: $185.00. Stabling: $50.00 per night. Stabling Available starting August 5th. Early arrival/Late Departure: $50.00 per night (Must contact Secretary to must be clear with HHP). Please specify "stable with" when making reservations. Please use a rider's name rather than a barn. GroundsFeeand/or Haul-In Fee: $35.00 per horse/day (only if no stall required). Extra horse/Non-compete fee: $35.00 per day/horse + grounds fee and/or stabling fee. CAMPING: $25 per night per hook-up. Call ahead up to August 4th: 812-526-6809 & reserve your spot. Arrivals after hours may result in not having your spot unlocked. Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $25 non-refundable office fee; After C.D.- no refund. Entries

All correspondence from the Secretary will be via email. Event Secretary:[email protected] HHT will accept credit card payment with electronic entries. If using electronic entries but paying by check, payments MUST be rec'd within 3 days of the online entry or we use the USPC postmark as the adjusted entry date. Do not send entries that require signatures to the PO Box. They will not be received. All checks deposited upon receipt. Entry feesinclude a $25 non-refundable office fee. Entries will be considered 'complete' when payment is rec'd. At close date, if payment is not rec'd, the entry will be removed from the list & a $50.00 late fee will apply to this entry in order to start the event. Payments rec'd after close date will also be charged a $50.00 late fee. Payments after close date: only via credit card, cashier's check or money order. Please confirm that all information and fees are correct when using the electronic entry portals.Mathematical errors on your entry resulting in refunds of $25.00 or less will be donated to the XC jump fund. USEAcurrent membership(Junior, Collegiate, Full, or Life) and horse registration (Limited or Full) are required at all levels, except Starter. Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. Stabling/Veterinarian

$50/stall/tack/per night- very limited tack stalls. 380 permanent stalls on grounds with full sliding doors. Haul-in horses must pay $35.00 haul-in fee per day. Non-compete horse must pay $35.00 plus stabling and/or haul-in fee per horse/day. Please use group/stable name if wishing to be blocked together. Stall change requests after C.D. $50.00 change fee. Stall doors. No straw please.Early arrivals MUST contact sec'y IN ADVANCE, as stalls are locked. Stall Cleaning Deposit: $50.00NEW for 2021!The HHP is now requiring the stalls to be stripped. Bring a check for $50.00 to pick up your packet. One check per rider. Your check will be returned when your stall has been checked as stripped. Stallsshould be stripped no later than 2 hours after the competition ends. Bedding: The park prefers it if you PRE-ORDER by calling the horse park office, 812.526.6809: but the park staff will only deliver the bedding to your stall, if you tell them your barn & stall#. Food and some vendors on grounds Camping on grounds: $25 per night pay in advance and register with the HHP Office.ABSOLUTELY No electric/water hook-ups permitted from the barns. Those violating this policy will be subject to a $100 fine each incident. Dogs must be leashed -looseones will befined. No motorized vehicles on x-country courseHHP has a new policy: no ATV, 4-wheelers, Motorcycles or motorbikes allowed to be driven on park grounds. The competition does not rent golf carts. You may contact P&P Golf cars to inquire if they will rent you one. We cannot guarantee they will. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted. “Every class offered herein which is covered by the rules and specifications of the current USEF rulebook will be conducted and judged in accordance therewith”.
