Are you ready to "REVEL"?!?! Please join us as we are excited to offer the first USEA/USEF Event at our new competition grounds, Revel Run, a beautiful 150 acre venue that used to be a golf course which we have converted and updated to host horse trials.
And we will be offering a full Modified Course designed by Jeff Kibbie.
We will be following the requirements and recommendations of the USEF Action Plan for competitions, and we expect competitors to follow the requirements set for riders by the USEA/USEF. Additional protocols, restrictions and notes will be posted on our website at www.cobblestonefarmsllc.com.
No paper entries. All entries must be submitted through Xentry or Blue Horse Entries. Remember there will be two release forms that need to be signed, one for Cobblestone Farms and one for USEA/USEF, which both should be done electronically at time of entry submission.

Tentative Schedule
Fri: Cross-country course open for walking-2:00 PM. Show Jumping course will be open for walking at 2:00 pm.
Sat: IP,P, M, T, N, BN, S Dressage 8am-3pm, Show Jumping 11am-6pm. All Dressage and Stadium Jumping will take place on Saturday.
Sun:IP, P, M, T, N, BN, S Cross country 8am. All Cross Country will take place on Sunday.

Entry: IP,P,M: $240; BN,N,T: $220; Starter: $200 (no USEA Starter/D&M/COVID-19 Recovery fees for Starter).
Stabling: $170.00.
Muck Fee: $ 30.00 - Separate check needs to be submitted prior to arrival to Cobblestone Farms 6301 Gregory Rd Dexter MI 48130. Check will be ripped up if stall is stripped and cleaned properly.
Haul-In Fee: $40.00 for horses who are not stabled on the show grounds, one time fee.
Late Fee: $35 is due if entry is received after CD.
Refunds: Before C.D.-Less $35 non-refundable office fee. After C.D.-Less $45 only if place can be filled from wait list. Stabling fee only if stall can be filled from wait list. Competition cancellation-No refund. Refunds less than $25 will be donated to the CFHT Jump Fund.USEA Starter/D&M/COVID-19 Recovery Fees Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5), are not subjected to office fees, and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test.
Vet cert is required for withdraws. All withdraws for refund must be made in writing to secretary prior to CD.
If the competition is cancelled due to Covid-19 refunds will be issued.
Entries
Entry fee includes a $25 non-refundable office fee. Double entries: Not accepted. BN competitors must be USEA members. Starter competitors do not pay USEA starter and drug fees and are exempt from USEA membership/non-membership requirements.
Change fee of $25 for any changes to entry after submitted, $45 fee after CD.
Neg. Coggins required within 12 months for all horses.
ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry. Requests cannot be accommodated after CD.

Reminder: All USEF Life and Senior Active members, as well as participants who have regular contact with minor athletes, are required to comply with the U.S. Center for SafeSport training requirement, to be eligible to participate in the competition. All participants must adhere to the U.S. Center for SafeSport Code, USEF Safe Sport Policy, and the Minor Athlete Abuse Prevention Policies. More information about these can be found at www.usef.org.

$170/stall from Friday to Sunday. Temp tent stalls with doors. Bedding available for purchase on grounds-$8/bag. ALL scheduling and stabling requests must be made at time of entry.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
