USEA Starter/D&M Fees and COVID-19 Recovery Fee Refund Policy: The USEA Starter/D&M fees ($25) and COVID-19 Recovery fee ($5) are not subjected to office fees and shall be returned within 30 days of the competition to any rider who does not start the dressage test. Scratches/Changes must be in writing to secretary via e-mail only.

I/P competitors must include copies of USEF membership cards for rider, owner and trainer or pay non-member fee.
ALL Foreign competitors including Canada and Mexico must have a valid USEA membership and horse registration to compete.
Double entries: Not accepted.
Copy of current negative Coggins required for all horses within 12 months must accompany entry.
No ride times will be issued for incomplete entries. Check status of entry on-line at https://loudounhunt.ponyclub.org/pages/542.aspx.
Emergency information box must be filled out or entry is not complete--this will be strictly enforced.
If using Xentry you must email your entire USEA entry form including signature pages, coggins and copies of membership cards within 5 days of entry. If not received within 5 days, entry will be assigned date on which entry is complete.
Include current printed legible e-mail address on the entry.
All correspondence from the secretary will be via e-mail.

All distances are approximate. All courses are open rolling terrain and great for galloping. All courses except Starter will contain banks, ditches, and water appropriate to levels. Water complex for all levels except Starter and two natural stream crossings. Cross-country course never open for schooling except for scheduled schooling days.

USEF RULE CONCERNING DOGS ON COMPETITION GROUNDS - GR 1301, Paragraph 6.6 - Dogs are not permitted to be loose on competition grounds and must be held on a leash or otherwise restrained. Individuals must not lead dogs on a leash while mounted. Dog owners are solely responsible for any damages, claims, losses or actions resulting from their dogs' behaviors. Dog owners failing to comply with this rule will be issued a Yellow warning card and may be subject to penalty under Chapters 6 and 7.
Levels willbe further divided if entries warrant; state preferences under the Eligible Section and birth date on entry.

EV114 Dress 1. PROTECTIVE HEADGEAR. a. At all levels of eventing competition, from beginner novice through advanced, at Federation Endorsed competitions and recognized competitions, riders must wear headgear as follows, except as may otherwise be mandated by local law (see also GR801): b. Upon arrival, anyone riding a horse must wear properly fitting protective headgear which passes or surpasses ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials)/SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. Harness must be secured and properly fitted.
